This is one funny thing about we Nigerians
You gave me a measurement in length units, I told you ,it is not how to measure an area that it should be in area unit.

AREA = LENGTH × WIDTH which gives sq meters or sq ft as the case may be.
But you have only a length dimension and I told you there's no way for anyone to evaluate the other measurements involved so as to evaluate the area. The site needs to be measured to get accurate area in sq meters or sq ft

There and then ,
You are making the assertion that if am very much into the business I should know how to convert ft to area dimension.

I won't pick offense though. I relate with numerous strata of people, I have seen worse than this.

You see ,this information does not help us to do the evaluation ,the ft is a measure of length, not area measurement.

We can send any of our personnel to come over and measure if you can bear the transportation
