That is almost half of the population if you add 8%. 12% includes non-American blacks such as Africans and Carribers so if we are going to be technical....only 9% of 12% is BA population which means 4.5% BA are incarcerated and 1.5% non-American blacks are incarcerated. Does that sound logical to you...I smell bullshit.

According to Google University graduates on NL...there are more black men incarcerated and likely to commit the most crimes...there are more black women than black men in USA...so how can 42% of 9% excluding non-American blacks be incarcerated? Let just say 6.5% of 9% are black women which leaves 2.5% for BA men. Now going back to the 42% ignorance...how the hell does 42% of 2.5 BA men are incarcerated?
