What happens to children born after de deadline? Non Nigerians until another registration period? This is what prompted underage children registering to vote in the North.

When they called permanent voter's card and these children never reach to vote, they felt there wasn't going to be another registration again as per the word 'permanent'. Meanwhile those who registered long time ago are yet to be given theirs.

A state or national library u can find around.. I did mine in Benue. (makurdi to b precised) and it's worth just #500 with a recent passport photograph.
