What evidences are glaring ? Evidences of the people i duped or scammed ? You 're labelling me a con man (without genuine evidence) and you think if i have your time you won't compensate me through your ass ?

1. @debbieeeee was pointing to evidences where i was explaining the meaning of Mock interview . But she cannot provide the list of people that have joined my mock session neither can she provide the list of people that i have scammed .

2. Out of let's say (for example) 2,000 active member of US travel sections on Nairaland , only the same (conspirators) @debbieeeeeee, @fkj950ax, @hunee, @Ess (who was advertising mock flier for $500) , and @welf99a are usually attacking me. Nairalanders should go and check from the onset .

3. One of you @Ess was even advising @justwise to implement IP or Mac ban so that the people in my vicinity won't have access to Nairaland 😀. LOOK AT THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GOVERN NAIRALAND .

4. Nairalanders , together with @justwise should sit them down and ask them what did i do ? If you are talking of multiple users i only have @OYOTUNJIUSA. The other accounts have been banned and not for fraudulent reasons. If you say it's for fraudulent reasons them @justwise should come out and back your claim .

What was the reason for travel? Tourism? Yes. 7day trip with the family. Family of 5, 3 applied the other 2 US citizen. The document submitted as follows
The statement of the 2 company accounts which has about 300ml inflow and outflow for 3months hubby's personal account 40ml, insurance, marriage cert, 2letters from from bank as the sole signatory owner if the company,children 's birth cert, personal introductory letter. Then office told him to remove out pictures, school fees and landed docs with cars. Previous visas US UK, China, Dubai, Jordan only hubby holds a she gen visa before. Current visa US and Uk.

The last line gave the reasons as to authenticity of documents submitted. What documents did you submit in your application? Did you have sufficient funds for the trip for all 5 people In your application or insurance for the duration etc.

One would need more information on your application documents submitted to be able to throw some more light

She can unless the visa post explicitly says she needs residency to apply (which they can). My sister just got a US visa from a third country.

No you can't apply. You must have a residence permit before you can apply in another country other than your home country.

Also, it seems birthing in Canada is a lot cheaper than in America. The rates you gave seem really cheap.

Just ensure you have enough money in your account, be gainfully employed then apply for a tourist visa.
