Shunbis:
Is it possible to correct things for the medicals, e. g to remove tooth

Consult a dentist for the best option. If possible, go for crowning which is expensive but a long term solution.

ugo4u:
which arrangement you want do again, other than carrying your salala and credentials from screening ground straight to training camp like RRI guys infact they've done similar thing in the past for the officer cadre. If they need anything extra they will inform the candidates when they publish the list of successful applicants for the screening exercise.

No arrangement ooo.

Taiwolee1:
Lolz.....I'm sorry the Intel shared was a joke.
As in nw,Given of orders for d release of d list is like a suicide mission cos E b like say coro is watching every military top brass incharge of the list so pls understand them but guys forgive me sha...Lest I forget,E go better u go join ESN now especially those brothers from the East cos army still dey find their bearing...555 ssc soldiers banging boots by d end of Oct,2021.

Wishing you quick recovery in advance Lt.

@Taowolee1 my guys deh await you for Afaka. Just prepare but don't write your will because you would not die but you would nearly die.
And if you are for dssc, I have made up my mind to use my adashe to arrange premium jobs for you. Wallahi you can't escape.

The moment I got hold of the Daily Trust newspaper, the light weight gave it away. We keep on checking though.

shamack:
If you are selected for medical, just prepare your mind to resume training the following week after medical

So you mean we should resign instead of taking leave. That one too go make sense.

softguy1:
Is medical laboratory science, Radiology, nurses, Public health included in this your doctor?

Who me be? Na army get the said 'Doctor's list ooo.

Blueelf:
Not really

When they are ready, they would release their list

You sound like an army personnel I tried getting intel from.
I stylishly said, oga we have not heard from you guys and he replied 'when they are ready they would release the list'

sikowitz17:
Better calm down boss.. if the list drop tomorrow nko, e go double in speed oooo

Blueelf:
You're wrong

I never stated a specific date for hen the list would be released

I never assumed with certaint\ty. Kindly re-read carefully

You are definitely correct, no mind us but we deh hope make the prediction come to pass.

ugo4u:
Ya, e choke them, NAF did same thing last year or so. The last two courses have being very poor in producing medical practitioners.
I even prefer they prepare a separate list for them make them no go spoil show for people wey study Animal husbandry, fishery, kuli-kuli technology etc.

Now you get my point.

Koes:
Lolz bro where on earth do u get dis ur misleading information 4rm because u are woefully wrong dear. D reason 4 d delay is not issue of Covid_19 neither d leak document. I will advise u keep mute till d list is out nd don't be disappointed wen d list doesn't show up tomorrow as u all expected..

Victory is 4rm God alone.

@koes have you heard of "kilishi" before? Pray am on the list and you would know hahahahah

eclipsehemmy:

Ok, my bad.

eclipsehemmy:
abeg make this person show o.......tension ooooo

Finally, I can go to bed.
All the best fellas.

ugo4u:
Army hasn't really favoured Medical doctors unlike other services. Course 24 had only 1 medical doctor, I don't know of course 25 but I doubt if they'll have up to 5 medical doctors.
The only Vet Doctor in Course 25 was later withdrawn as the lady couldn't cope with the training. I wanna believe one of the causes of the low intake of medical doctors is the tininitanana initiative of previous exercise which some how filter them out. If there is any profession the army needs more is Medical doctors/Nurses that's why any medical doctor that scales through medicals his/her placed is already sealed even if such a person comes last in all activities. Other professionals have to battle for their spot from the beginning to the end.

But in 2016, medical doctors list was separate from the general dssc list.

@ugo4u you are sighted.

How i wish they make the list of Doctors separate to better the chances of other dssc candidates.

@SFcommander where you at? Beans don done.

Blueelf:
Please I will advise we refrain from making predictions as to when the list would be released, especially making such predictions with certainty

The NA frowns at such. I dare say it is a major reason the list has been delayed till now.

I advise we keep such predictions to ourselves until the army deems it fit to release the list

Bros, so if list don reach Dailytrust and Punch or Sun which production for tomorrow dailies is ongoing by now if not done with, dem go cancel am because of our prediction. Even we weh deh predict, no be say we like am, na anxiety dey cause am.

Waiting for just one more person to come online.

I read all your shalaye, I was bringing your attention back to the bone of contention which was the advert that drew the reaction. We are on Nairaland not Jiji

That a you are looking for a deal doesn't mean you should low ball.

Even if it is a distress sale is that not taking advantage of someone else predicament?

Don't give the usual excuse of he offered what he had.

If an advert don't suit your pocket look for the one that serves your need.

It would make sense offering 40k for a mobile phone been put up for sale for 50k but an item going for 70k that is plain low-balling and I won't get into the manner in which he priced it.
When he priced an RN7 offered for 50k was he called out? No.

If you read all my post and couldn't pin point the key message therein, then its of no use furthering this discourse.

Lest i forget, pricing a good is not an offence punishable by insult by the Nigerian constitution which you and i abide to, be it nairaland or Jiji. Moreso, as a Muslim, am not allowed to insult a begger or follow my offerings to a begger with hash words, talk more of a fellow brother pricing my goods. If only you new how far nice words can take you, just maybe you will have a change of heart.

MeetSamir:
I pray so

May the list be out tomorrow and may it favor us all inShaa Allah.

Amin.

To be frank some times some sellers on this thread do not help matters at all. I have contacted a seller for a phone and asked if he has someone reliable in my area (an escrow) where I will see the phone before payment. His next response was that if I can't pay before he send the phone, we can't deal. I smiled and say ok. But he eventually sent me a message minutes later, provided one and the transaction went seamless. I went saw the phone transferred his money and collected my phone.

I always see them call prices here and write firm. In December, I wanted to get Umidigi A7 Pro for someone. I already checked out the prices available on Jumia but here I will have a direct contact with the seller and possibly get it faster or so I thought. I sent a message to a seller that has a quoted (firm) price for it here after check. The price he gave me in the chat was about N10,000 higher than the firm price here. I thought that maybe he wouldnt know how I knew he had it. So I told him that the price was different from the price I just saw on Nairaland. He said the price he just gave me was the price he will sell. Thank God a Jumia seller had it at a better price. I just ordered it immediately from jumia and sent him the screenshot of my order. Though it took like 5 days before it got to me but then it's worth more than 10k plus the 4k voucher I already have.

Why then will you get angry if a customer price lower an item lower? If a customer do not buy what you sell others will buy. If you do not sell to a customer he will still contact others too till he gets elsewhere. There is nothing wrong on pricing and also nothing wrong if you tell him no you can't sell it at that price. He can't force your item from you.

Bros thanks for reasoning with me.

genius43:
Point of correction it is not Redmi Note 7 but a 6/128GB Redmi Note 8 Pro.

Bros i didn't make no mistake. I used the Redmi note 7 as a reference. Please note the bolded "The same Redmi note 7 4/64 version people are advertising here for 50k to 55k is what I saw on jiji advertised for 40k".

Am sorry if I couldn't pass my message well, I am still learning English.

peteregwu:
Oga leave story. 40k na money. Are you saying there is no one that can sell his quality for that price. If he doesn't agree fine. There is no point insulting anyone for trying to buy something abeg.

Wallahi I felt so bad with the way he insulted the guy. He could have simply said no. The same Redmi note 7 4/64 version people are advertising here for 50k to 55k is what I saw on jiji advertised for 40k. When I sent him a deal of 30k he simply replied me with smiles no deal and after negotiating he even agreed 39k.

Even In Bauchi, I saw a very neat Redmi note 8pro with a slight crack at the back which would be hidden with a pouch for 55k. This is a phone with the lowest advertised rate of 70k on Jiji.

The fact you can't sell at a given price does not mean others can't. The same phone weh you wan sell others na dash out them go use am do.

I don't really know who you are but from your body language it seems you gat more than enough, so why not extend an olive branch to my brother in the #40k gang by dashing him the device so that he can really use his 40k to eat as advised by you.

Just say something in relation to your course of study in university, how it can benefits the NA

So does it mean it was when you started studying or completed the course you realised you would be of immense importance to the army?

Our enemies at work, notwithstanding we are most grateful to 32E for all the premium services and contents.

genitori:
Thanks so much; quite inspiring.

Victory is from God alone.

Am glad my piece touched someone.

Everybody wan see list, same list weh go comot now and to check am, fear no go gree person.

I remember the first time NDA shortlisted me, having tried for five years, when I heard the list was out, for my mind, I just felt, them don shortlist their people again ooo.

Was on campus working on my final year project, so I decided to go to the library, on getting there, I met someone going through The Sun which was carrying the list. So I waited anxiously for him to finish and on collecting the newspaper I began to check pages weh no concern me, like say that one go change the list.

When I finally got to the list and didn't see my name in the first ten, I felt it's over based on the fact say I crammed the compendium both question and answer and all the questions were repeated past questions. Only for me to get to number 50, the last in my state and Holla na MrSuama.

I didn't know when tears of joy started dripping from my eyes. After been written off by many people, I finally conquered the Almighty NDA entrance exams.

I swear the feeling is unexplainable.

I believe I am more matured now and know that not all dreams come through.

No matter where you fall when the list finally comes out, please never stop believing in God Almighty.
