I don't know if u have ever prayed this psalms, but in it d bible give us examples of praying with the host of heaven ie angels and saints. if it isn't wrong for d bible to ask the hosts of heaven to pray with d believer, if it actually shows people praying with the host of heaven and it isn't a sin, then i am happy to do same.

"Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word! Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers that do his will!" (Ps. 103:20-21). And in Psalms 148 we pray, "Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens, praise him in the heights! Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his host!" (Ps. 148:1-2).

It says bless the Lord ye his angels. It didn't say pray for them ye his angels. In Heaven, all heavenly beings praise God 24/7 not pray. You can see several of this in the book of revelations. E.g Rev 4:11-12.

The only intercessor we have is Jesus. Hebrews 7:25 "Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession forthem."

If you have all things in Christ, why then are you turning your face to Mary and angels?

Which kyn freak be this? In 1 Cor12:21-26 paul is addressing the church of corinthians and is referring to the inequality in the church and neglecting of those that are needy. This did not in the iort-est point hint to those in heaven. Gosh you're such a crude thinker and bible twister.

Glorified saints have no need of this. They are already perfect in heaven. So counselling in no way refers to them.

No example in the bible is laid out that we should pray to saints that are gone from Earth NO NO NO WHERE. Please show me. angry

Then and why should you ask the intercession of saints dead. Our only mediator to God is Jesus Christ, Son of God.
If the saints are living, we can ask them to pray for us. It's not when they are gone. You cannot communicate with the dead, only demons will answer you.

And yes, my accusations are genuine and honest. It's even much worse and horrorful when you begin to research the creeds and recitations made. I ceased to argue with Catholics long ago because it's only miracle that can arrest you folks. And only God's intervention can lift off that blindfilm in a catholic's eye

I read an articles 2 years ago how an African country happily endorsed this GMO. Only to find out the pests that fed on the GMO crops were resistant to standard pesticides and weeds to standard weed removers. Farmers were forced to buy GMO pesticides and weed products from Monsanto funded company. There was heavy dependance on monsanto and it was expensive.

The country decided to rid this evil-driven company from its country and their stinking GMO money schemes.
Am tensioned that Bubuhari is not healthy enough to see reasons to draw a clear line on GMO. It will result to more poverty on farmers and ill health (long term) on Nigerians. embarassed

1. Hebrews 7 is not speaking of a requried monetary tithe. Hebrews 7 4 speaks of Abram's tithes from the spoils of war. Hebrews 7:5-9 speak of the Levitic tithe according to the Law. The Law said God's holy tithe was to be agricultural, not monetary.
2. In many denominations, people are forced to tithe by being accused of robbing God if they don't and being threatened with a curse if they don't. The only reason they choose to tithe is because they are forced into choosing.
3. In the Bible, God's holy tithe was not used to build churches. It was used to feed those who were poor in the Promised Land; the Levites, the widows, the orphans and foreigners.

Tithing is access to God's blessing? I have to disagree. For one, Romans 8:32 says that God will give us all things freely. He doesn't require a ten percent cover charge for His blessings. All one has to do to receive God's blessings is to ask God to bless him according to His will. James 4:2 says, "Ye have not because ye ask not," not "Ye have not because ye fail to tithe."

God promised Abraham that all nations shall call him blessed. Abraham is blessed, the Father of Faith. Yet we dont hail him in prayers.

Also Isreal, God's own people. He said "And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts."

This didn't mean they should be equated with God or transform them to deities.
CATHOLIC EXPERIENCE: Thou i was never a catholic, i went to a a big catholic secondary school (Maryland comrehensive). And every friday or so (not clear) we went to the cathedral to pray. And hailing mary mary and singing and taking communion. Ofcourse i never took that defiled thing because my spirit perceive its not of God even though i knew little about catholism.

God said to Abraham. But this one is that Mary, a mortal said about herself. And you people have been praying to her. Who doesnt know or acknowledge that Mary is blessed? Even i do. But to start praying to her is something even she, never expected to happen. It's IDOLATRY.

Some say it doesn't matter what religion you are as far as you belive in God. Some encourage wearing crosses and counting beads like the pagans (native doctors, Hindus, Muslims etc) and hailing Mary countless times instead of Almighty God. Some use evolutionary, mystic and even storybooks to add to the BIBLE. Some churches, they love prosperity gospel ehn! remove it and you've started a brutal war. Some churches they can speak fire and tongues but yet no holiness. worldliness everywhere, boyfriend and girlfriend even inside church and the list goes on and on.

If your church lies in any of these categories, it's a DEAD CHURCH.

No matter the grammatical authority of its leader. No matter how big and wide its cathedrals are, no matter the number of vast followers it boasts.
