Good day @justwise, @Chikadibia21 and other gurus in the house. Is being a Registered practitioner in the UK equal to completing a qualification equivalent to a UK degree and so would not need to prove my knowledge of English. I am asking for the purpose of visa application. mscindee: Thank you. To clarify, I was asking about the proof of English proficiency for the purpose of visa application and not school application. |

Thank you. To clarify, I was asking about the proof of English proficiency for the purpose of visa application and not school application. Chikadibia21: 1. None needed. WAEC/ NECO would do
2. No. U can transfer funds from your company account to your personal account instead

Please still awaiting any response mscindee: Hello house, 1.) I am a GMC licensed practitioner and am aware that I do not need proof of English to apply for a tier 2 visa as English language has already been assessed by GMC. However, I want to apply for a study visa and I'm not sure if the same rules apply. Does anyone have any information regarding this or have an email I could send my enquiry to? 2.) Can I use my company's account to show proof of funds for my visa application? |

Hello house, I just found out I was supposed to have answered yes to the question about if anyone has filed a migration petition on my behalf since my parents applied for the visa lottery. The problem is I have already signed out and confirmed the application. Please how do I go about correcting it as I do not want to appear dishonest |

VisaOfficer: No, aunts, uncles, and cousins are not able to file immigrant petitions. A Legal Permanent Resident may file for her spouse and unmarried children; a U.S. citizen may file for a spouse, fiancé, child (married or unmarried), sibling, or parent. Thank you for your response. |

Hello house, pls I'm confused. My dad will be paying for my air fare while my aunt will take care of all my expenses and accommodation when I get there. So for the part on the DS 160 that asks for who is paying for my trip, who do I put? And whose support documents do I need? Thanks |
