Family / Re: How To Control Incest In The Family? by msogey(f): 12:16am On Jan 02, 2014
I can totally relate to this, i wish i could tell my story too but I'm not as brave as you Mrsincredible. Tears have refused to stop rolling down my eyes as i read this. So many things i wish i had the courage to say but would rather keep bottled up for fear of being condemned in the later future. Some days i hate my mum dearly for not being there, always so frigging busy.
I am in my early 20's now and I have a kid sister, 10years my junior. I don't know how to protect her from such abuse. I don't know if I should leave it to my mum since she's no more a workaholic like before. I would kill myself if anything of such nature ever happens to her.

Fashion / Re: Wedding Hairstyles Gallery For Natural Hair by msogey(f): 10:01pm On Nov 13, 2013
I really want to loc my hair but i here its expensive to maintain especially at the beginning stage. if this is true, like how much would i need for the initial stage of my dreadlock journey? Should i just wait till i have enough money in my account before starting my dreadlocks journey?(i'm still a student)

Secondly, i have a relaxed ear-length hair but i presently have lots of undergrowth. do u think i should cut my hair before locking or would it loc regardless?
BTW, i'm based in Lagos.

Music/Radio / Re: Similarities Between Skelewu And Party Rock Anthem Videos by msogey(f): 4:03pm On Oct 22, 2013
Moe Musa's Skelewu video didn't only lack originality but is bereft of excitement. I don't even have an issue with the concept being stolen but if you are going to re-invent a concept, do it so well that people would think you actually the inventor. For instance, Davido copied the Skelewu dance from Dammy Krane but people hardly know this coz of how good Davido's Skelewu is.

The walk Davido did from the hospital bed to the streets was unnecessarily prolonged. And wth was that black kid saying to Davido. London has good dancers, check out some azonto videos on youtube. I only saw people doing frog jump claiming they were dancing skelewu.

Asides from the graphics in Sesan's skelewu video being too swift, that video was epic!

Nice concept, poor execution. Instructional video still the best!!!

frodobee: Dont kid yourself. The earlier you quit that baboon work, monkey chop work and work for yourself the better.
Let me tell those of you who are bankers; if you put in the time and dedication you put in your banking job into selling recharge cards, in five years you will be the reference point in recharge card and allied business.
Recharge card? Really? *rme

Entertainment / Re: Skelewu Dance Winner Bello Moshood Abiola Says ''thank You'' To Nairalanders by msogey(f): 4:44pm On Oct 11, 2013
Rastamann: Am not saying Davido is rude but what will one say about a guy that gave him $3000 just like that? I don't know the criteria for choosing the winner but I watched most of the entries and this guy (winner) was surely not the best dancer!

Preach!!!

You are very silly. Smh. That's how I was at d supermarket today to buy some hair products and while at the counter, d guy infront of me requested a pack of durex. He didn't even do it codedly. I just looked at the guy with scorn. angryYou are very silly. Smh.
