LadyExcellency: Sanusi, the CBN Governor who doesn't know the difference between turnover and profit. The man who presented the presumed daily sale of crude oil of 2.1 million barrels multiplied by the prevailing crude price and expected total remittance by quoting the $20 billion deficit as missing without asking NNPC for the cost of operation and reconciling with the Finance Minister. Jester. Who are you to question Sanusi? Sanusi never knew the difference between profit and turnover? You are a clown. |

Pezeshkian is just a moderate who believes in diplomacy to resolve issues.
Iran will defeat isreal on a one on one confrontation without the help of allies.
The nation of iran has grown stronger despite several years of continuous sanctions by the entire Europe.
I doff my hat for this great nation of iran. Even without the backing of the US, Iran can never defeat Israel. Have you bothered to compare the firepower available to each one. Iran has more troops than Israel and also has more tanks. Sadly, due to the distance between them, these advantages are negligible as war between Israel and Iran will never be fought using troops or tank advantage (though Israel has more technologically advanced tanks) Israel dominate in other areas. Their air force are flying the most sophisticated plane in the world. They will bomb Iran into oblivion while missiles from Iran will be neutralised by iron dome. |

And I don't see tinubu doing either...even his subsidy removal is partial removal).
The fact is, state elections are not the same as National elections...remember how LP did badly in Osun state...yet did well enough nationally to actually do some damage to PDP chances, and also to nearly force a runoff....the problem was they were not strong enough, and they still divided the vote.
You got a lot of work to do with the economy, and it means that your party may have to take hard decisions. But you guys are more interested in power than in actually developing this country, and your comment proves it, so I am not holding my breath. The truth is this is how you will be analysing while Tinubu wins the second term. No one can wrest power from him. He is too politically strategic. Dejavu moment again |

nairalanda1: APC Is still in trobule.
1. APC lost 9-10 million votes between 2019 and 2023 for the presidential election, including losing 2 of the three K states. If not that Obi and atiku split opposition votes, Tinubu would have been knocked out. Also keep in mind that people are angry about things like subsidy removal. A lot of people voted out Jona in 2015 simply because he did not return fuel to N65 (while Buhari and his advisers like tam david west were promising the ultimately riddiculous price of N40 Per liter).
2. Politics is local. The vote here is a vote against Obaseki, not a vote for APC. Obaseki, apart from paying minnimum wage at a higher rate long before Abuja even dreamed about it, has not done much apparently.
It's like Benue which voted for an APC governor because they were fed up with the previous LP governor...not because they suddenly were in love with a party that did not do much for the security situation in the state.
3. TO some extent, politcs is about personality, not about party in Nigeria. A lot of people in the SE voted for Obi, yet when it came to other elections, many of them went for PDP. Even in edo, a lot of LP supporters went for PDP ....simply because they were angry that LP did not respect the rotation system in the state.
4. PDP In edo was divided. When the governor and the deputy start fighting, and the deputy has his own mass support in the same party, whahala go start. You tried. I genuinely applaud your effort at putting a spin on this APC victory. The reality is, APC is busy putting their people as the States governors in critical states. Do you understand what that means in the context of Nigeria politics? Accept it, Tinubu will easily win second term. Edo election is part of the strategy. APC is never in any trouble, they are taking strategic position to win the 2027 election. The game is unravelling before our very eyes. |

This is the man who proceeded on leave few days to the start of a protest (to escape the wrath of Oyo State people).
Which Commander abandons his troops at the warfront?
Oyo State people are lamenting. What has he done with the Oyo State Monthly allocations. All Oyo State lands have been sold to private entities. When Architects protested, he impounded their cars and got them towed to the secreatriat.
This a man that setup committee to review the Judgement of the Supreme Court over Local Government. What an effrontery!. He was so pained and kept lamenting about the judgement. He never wanted autonomy for the Local Government.
Makinde should focus on his state, rather than trying hard to seem he is on the side of the people.
He is part of the problem. |

I have given you more than enough references. Also, you "type" with a Keyboard, typewriter, mobile phone etc. You write with your hands. Pupils in Primary School won't debate this. You said you could use "type" and "write" interchangeably just because you wanted to ensure you were right. I gave you a simple statement:
"The lecturer asked the students to type their assignment". Going by your silly analysis, I should be able to type : " The lecturer asked the students to write their assignment". Can you see how daft you are ?.
