NaijaSumigan:There is a huge difference in "having the money" and "spending" it for such. Our politicians find it convenient to dip their hands into the cookie jar, since nothing will happen after all. It is you who would rather not have good roads than their own children not to attend schools like Yale using public fund. Stop being a mouthpiece for your oppressors |
xgod:He had her while in secondary school @ Loyola College, Ibadan |
sammytovic:Which fury lost the round in 9 ?. Usyk outboxed and outfoxed him throughout the match, and disrespectful Fury had no chance. |
Lawalemi:Usyk is two years older than fury, so who should old age affect? |
Afrobasic:I am sorry but you are so naive. You can as well come and try bringing grannies to the US Consulate. |
BigDawsNet:You just listed the steps. You did not factor in the high likelihood of what could torpedo everything. Number 1. When she files, it is not automatic that the guy will be invited for an interview. USCIS screens each application intensively to see if it remotely smells of fraud. If it does, the foreign spouse will be banned for LIFE from entering the United States. Know that attempting to marry someone of your mummy's age is already a big red flag. Number 2: If you scale Number 1 and you get to the US embassy, you will still be screened for element of fraud. If they discover any element of fraud again, total ban from entering the US. Number 3: If you ace your interview, lot of background checks will be conducted on you by Homeland security before your immigrant visa is issued. If they see any sign that you have lied in the past in your previous application to the US or you have been deported from any other countries without disclosing it or you have committed crimes in Nigeria and being jailed without referencing or the marriage is a fluke etc, then you will be barred from entering the United States for life. Number 4: If you scale all and you get into the US, the likelihood that the woman or guy in question will see the marriage to the end is very very low. Most of the times, they get bored and ask for divorce. The implication is you have to go back to your country or risk becoming an illegal alien. You will forever regret coming to the US if you become an illegal alien as the USCIS is quite unforgiving. |
Afrobasic:The oyinbo grannies only bring serious trouble. |
BigDawsNet:You think it is that straightforward ?. |
Akpabio22:You do not have the experience of what you are talking about. These "whites" and "black Americans" can buy you expensive gifts, fly you to Dubai to meet you and later marry you (Doing all these does not mean they are rich. That is a story for another day). Big however is, you could get to the US , and a month later ask for divorce because they do not feel you again. You will be shocked. They can ONLY love you from afar, they are incapable to share space with you. If you are unfortunate to be in their net, you will understand how good African ladies can be. |
BigDawsNet:Words on marble. Families, siblings, friends always forget with time, and they will even tell you to your face you have never done anything for them. I have seen this happened many times. Yourself first, second and third |
BeeBeeOoh:and UK refused to return the ones with them. Instead, offer to rent it out to us. Shame |
Karleb:I doubt this. Otherwise he would have killed her in Nigeria. Dude possibly gets frustrated and enters into depression. He starts to suspect his wife. Most men suspect their wives once they are broke. |
This is what extreme frustration can do. A trained Engineer doing a security work in the cold, he will definitely gets frustrated. The wife might even be taunting him for not bringing enough to settle their bills, which will aggravate his frustration. I assume he was earning good money in Nigeria as a trained engineer before moving to the UK. This is one of the dark sides of relocation which people do not pay attention to. If you are in the middle class in Nigeria and earning averagely good money, think twice before you relocate. You can only relocate if you are legitimately getting married to your spouse who is a legal resident or you have a job which pays better as a middle class over there. The grass is not always greener at the other side. |
Police that would have added - Fraud, Threat to life etc to make the case looks criminal ![]() |
OLAADEGBU:How does Meghan seeing herself as a Nigerian benefits our system. Someone that might never step into Nigeria again. |
Dottore:How do you decouple from USD when Nigeria is not producing. I will love to hear your perspective though. |
How can these clowns goverm. Rivers state is the greatest loser here. |
Bestmanfornow:Nigeria has literarly come to a screeching halt as a result of this couple. There must be a limit to everything. They come for their private business and Nigeria should have limited the scope of the reception. No wonder UK tabloids are saying "Nigeria has gone mad for Meghan and Harry". Quite condescending. |
uchman:On a lighter note, only God knows what has happened before the husband lands ![]() That husband wey big like balloon will soon get slim like broom in few months time. Mr Ibu wont soon turn to Osuofia after doiing security under biting weather. |
christejames:While you at it, remember to ask Putin too (one of your so-called saner clime leaders ) |
Peter Obi aka chemical reactor ![]() |
God1000:It is no more about course you study. It is about how skilled you are in your chosen craft. The world has changed, and the world is always screaming for "real life problem solvers" and not paper tigers. |
247toriboi:This guy should be monitored. What is he even singing that gave him this fortune.. He reminds me of invicitus. |
post=129805950:Why are you guys always quick to share bad news about your own country. No where is safe in the world. Last week, a man killed a 13-year old in London with a sword. The Brits did not destroy their country standing before the world. What do you gain by intentionally destroying the ONLY country which you can call you own? |
Quelme:At the bolded, yes of course, it can only be the other way round ![]() |
Nothing stunning there. The BVN is not securely stored. Most of the hacking succeeds as a result of poorly developed app. |
Why is it so easy for Governors to divert people's money? The system is full of holes and the public servants are the one helping the Governor to explore the holes in the system. This is one of the reasons they do not allow automation in their processes. |
iwaeda:Since you know what you are doing, lay bare your ideas if you were the president and let us critique the wisdom or folly in your thought. |
Any link please? |
vegatron:Don't be ignorant. Go and ask black South Africans what they face in their own country - subservient to the whites! |
