Also companies want to know you don't under value or over value yourself. The fact that no one on this thread has menthoned this shows most nairalanders are have baked jealous folks who will never have a professional career. Too bad.

CHAIRMAN, you need to google the postition for P&G, you will probably get response for their pay package in America,but you can do a conversion and it will give you basic idea, that's what I do.
