Hello guys. Please does anyone have an idea where I can buy Leghorn chicken breeds in Nigeria. I'm very much interested |
Oh my goodness. Im so grateful for nairaland and the internet. I had planned a trip to this community tomorrow, something just kept pricking me this deal looked too good to be true. My company has been contacted to come build 18 boreholes for them in the community with solar panels. I was supposed to go sign an MOU, but everything looked shady. They had a sent a list of what we need to drop in financial terms before the project can be signed off. I won't be wasting my time going there anymore!! |
Mcy56:Thanks a lot, appreciate your response. I will look to some other stocks |

I tried to ask my mechanic for cost for radiator, he says 45k. This is just ridiculous!! I will appreciate if you guys know if this price is true or where can I get something reasonable (cost-wise). I was able to drive it from Abuja to Lagos, back in Abuja, the mechanic said it was the coil but the mechanic in Lagos are saying plugs, loose hose and some other stuff I don't understand. The condition has worsened now, the car won't fire when I want to move at first. Please what could be wrong, and where in Lagos can I find a good Peugeot mechanic.. |

Hello guys, My name is Sanni, a cofounder at WESABI. At wesabi we help people find reliable and well trained Artisans in their neighbourhood. We are looking to partner with suppliers of building materials in both Lagos and Abuja. We want to reduce the rip offs by Artisans to the barest minimum. So, this is our proposed plan to prospective Building materials dealers, once any of our workers goes to a site, accesses the job, he lists out the materials he needs, we then send this to the nearest Supplier partner in the area of site. The supplier costs the list send to us, which is then sent to client for confirmation. We pay supplier directly, he either delivers supplies or Artisan picks up the materials. Transaction is closed. Asides from aiming to get exact prices of materials, we are also looking at eliminating any cash transaction by all means So please if you deal in building materials and interested in partnering with us, reach us at 09076464645 or info@wesabi.com To see if we could work something out with you or your company. Cheers |
duullie88:These were the same words said of typhoid in 1900s, even of small pox in 1960s. |
What if science found a cure to Natural death? Will you still attend religious gatherings? .. When you really think about it,not too long ago,in the 19th century, Typhoid fever was deemed as incurable and even referred to as demonic possessions by priests, and religious leaders. |
Oasis007:Look, I remember during the presidential election too, it was only on Nairaland that PDP won the election... ahaaahahah |
Lol but there is also this

Rx350:Sometimes you wonder where the Nigerian youth brain has gone to? Someone wrote an article, about how he struggled for 12 years but instead this one did starts talking about Buhari. 12 years of pain and to this dumb one and the ones that liked his post, it's about Buhari. I interview some youth in my former work place, and I just keep shaking head. I guess this guy is the type sane man will interview and shake his head for. It's always about politics though, sometimes just common sense wil suffice. So sad, so sad |
recievesense:Malay isn't looking wonderful? Says the man who has never been to Malaysia before. I wish you could go there and see what a developing nation has become in a few years, if Nigeria was 1/26 the beauty and the way malay looks like, we will extremely happy!! |
ABDULKKR:Why do you have to come here to lie. When has AMI or Yes-P ever sent an email to anyone and addressed it "Dear Particiapnt", come on. You do not need this silly lie, you know, to what gain. Has anyone ever received any email from AMI and you were addressed as "Dear Participant", even when there is a server maintenance, they write "Dear (First name)" so please gerarahere mehn |
Boring:So i have won the league before as Mubz... Although, i have since changed my team name to ifups... |
tr3y:Yes, sorry, i meant plug-in Nairaland is a the social media for Nigerians just like facebook to the world... I doubt this will have anything to do with privacy. Take a look a look at how the facebook plug-in works on other site. It doesn't reveal all your info, just the basics, so basically what people see is still same as what they would have seen if they were actually on nairaland website. So privacy wont be an issue, if u login into a website using your facebook account, does it tamper with your privacy? |
May19th:Please how is it dumb please? |
Hello Seun, Have you thought about creating a plugging for Nairaland, that could be like the facebook and twitter pluggin that is being incorporated in websites and mobile for a quick login and verification purposes. Personally, i will trust a nairaland verification on a website than a facebook one. Let me give a quick example of what i'm saying, for instance, i run a platform that connect service providers to individuals, asides the usual quick login through facebook account, there is also a verification tag, and facebook and twitter is among them, meaning people on the platform can check your activities on your facebook or twitter page but in the real sense of it, i would have loved a nairaland plugging for such. Nairaland would be easier to detect scammers, it's a platform of Nigerians for Nigerians and people report scammers here. I hope you get what i'm saying Seun, i really feel you should consider it, its a win-win situation, in fact it will enable people have more Nairaland accounts Cheers.. It's just a suggestion though |
Hey guys, I can't view the assignment for the "how to write a business plan". Anyone doing this course yet? I'll appreciate if the can forward me the questions for the assignment activity for this course |
Ah!!! So Adam, Moses, Abraham, Noah were ignorant. Two things in the world that render men illogical and dumb - Religion and politics sonofthewind: |
Hello House, please i will like some innovative and creative suggestions on how to do some marketing campaigns on a tight budget? |
dannB:Download the free version of Internet download manager, then download the videos instead of watching it online instead. I hope this helps |
It all began in Dec 2014, the idea; Oh! What a great idea this will be. I had just moved to a new apartment, the idea had struck me, why can’t I simplify all of these things, so the process began. The team was put together, we decided on what and how the platform will look like. In our minds, we were creating the “smartest” startup in the Ecosystem. Our Alpha product was ready by March 2015, so we decided to run a test with friends and some few random individuals. It was an uncoordinated exercise, had lots of glitches but we took the lessons and effected the changes to make it a better platform. July 26th, the time had come for us to launch, to see what our “smart” startup will be in the face of an ever punishing Nigerian market. We all agreed to make it go live by 12 Midnight which will be 27th July. So it was midnight at last and we had officially launched a startup, not that I had not undertaken any business before, in fact, I had always been an entrepreneur since my secondary school days (I used to manage my mum’s poultry farm) but this felt different, it felt new, it felt exhilarating. 12 midnight felt like dawn, I was awake all night waiting for the first task prompt; Heart racing, anxiety at all-time high, will this flop? Will anyone ever visit our platform? 8am had come so fast, I hadn’t slept all night, not a single task had been posted, the consolation rang in my head “no one will visit your “smart” platform in the middle of the night” but then 24 hours passed, then 48 hours, and I can’t remember me being so sullen in a long long time. My head must have been processing about a million thoughts per minute, like “Oh God, we have failed”, “it’s a disaster”, “The end is nigh”, “such a wasted effort”, and so on and so forth (it’s funny how the human brain works). On the fourth day of waiting, an email sprung in “I need two shawarma delivered to me”, that email, at that moment felt like I had just closed a multi-million Naira deal, felt like a kid who had just been presented with a pack of chocolates.

The first task from our “smart startup” was created, like Magic, emails notification of task requests started pouring in 3, 5, 7 days afterwards It all began with a certain Stephane who requested for a shawarma delivery, the unforgettable moment in our “smart startup”

Oh and lest i forget, he has 13 likes.. those are the people whose future ambition is to work in a ministry..Such a shame, such a sham |
uc4uandc:Wait, i don't get it. You mean some people's ambition is just to work in a ministry? or some government institution? When i tell people; Are there hard hard working Nigerians, yes there are, but to be honest there are a lot of extremely lazy bunch. Just imagine someone's ambition is to work for a ministry and hence because of that, he/she won't apply for Npower. Oh My God. In this age where people are creating things and improving the way we live. Its sad, it really is. |
