Please, i have this issue with airpeace booking which I made a transfer since 23rd of November, 2025 but they didn't book the ticket and refused to refund my money even after apologizing and promised to make the refund within 12 working days since 27th November 2025.

It happened on the 23rd of November, 2025 when I tried to make a seat reservation on Enugu-Lagos flight which was supposed to depart on the 25th November, 2025; after making a transfer of #137,250 from my access bank mobile app within 5 minutes of stipulated 30 minutes time frame, sadly after over an hour I got an email that the reservation was unsuccessful I never panicked because I was actually waiting for swiftl refund but up till now no refund.

I actually booked that flight for my cousin and he had to rebook on another airline after my unsuccessful trials.

On the 27th November, 2025 I visited access bank and they confirmed that the transfer was successfully deposited into a Zenith account of Airpeace Airways, I now got back and mailed Airpeace customer care email which they swiftly acknowledged and apologized and promised to make refund within 12 working days but unfortunately this is over 60 working days and they no longer attend to my mail and the access bank manager that once assured me of following up has dashed my hope saying that are limited on further actions since from their end the transaction was successful.

What's your kind advice and steps here?

This kind sense dey that side of the country by the looks of name?
