Come on, there are all kinds of poor people in Nigeria without any govt help. I was in Nigeria a little over a year ago, my visit was marred by power outages and boredom. These programs doesn't exist in Nigeria today.

   Again, there are all kinds of government and private programs that get govt and private funding that are available to anyone who needs help in America. Let those people learn how to apply for those benefits. But take Nigeria for example, these programs don't exist, there is no hope for anyone unless they have some kind of connection.

  Thats exactly my point, why does America invest billions of $ in these Countres? I'll tell you why, it is because they are generous and helpful. In the past America has been reluctant to get involved in any Country, but when things start getting way out of hands, who does everyone call on?    Far from it, America doesn't want their oil. By the way, do you not know that America has invested billions of $ in Iraq? Iraq has a good chance to become very developed with America's co-operation but due to religious debacles and sectarian disturbances, that is stalled. Those poor people are responsible for their choices and planing their family, not the govt.

  Do you not know that America is Canada's biggest trading partner and one of her closest friends. Canada is wealthy today mostly because of close partnership with America.

 Far from it, America doesn't like war nor does she delight in it. There are all kinds of funds and programs that helps the poor and homeless in America. For example, cash assistant, food stamp, unemployment checks, social security checks and so on. Some of these people chose to remain in that lifestyle.

There is no other Country today that enjoys a greater security than America. The American law and Constitution is ethical and enforceable. Let me tell you the truth, America doesn't like spending her money and troop on Countries who refuses to see the bigger picture but it is something America has to do because no other Country have the will and resource to do it.

The current administration is less popular but nevertheless, America is still the riches Country today and I don't know of any other Country that has the will and resources to police and contain the wayward Countries in the world better than America.
