Due in part to power outage/supply woes in some areas, consider/introduce/sponsor/initiate/encourage a culture of using "GLOW IN THE DARK PAINTS" to paint the inside and/or outside of houses/buildings/structures in the areas experiencing such issues to beautify and light up the city/streets/town at night so that people can see better in the dark.

Organized Religion,

Who is going to reprimand it?
And why has there been none to initiate it until now?
Who demonizes wealth,
And encourages poverty and suffering?
In the name of organized worship,
In the name of heavenly promises,
In the name of holiness,
A holiness that is marred in rampant hypocrisy and violence.
Washing and controlling the brains of the naïve ones
With fear tactics of doom, death and hell.
This much is true,
Only the wise and strong survives.
Unfortunately, evil just like good
Can be also wise and strong,
A kind of wicked wisdom
Like the one displayed by the wayward Gods.
Always setting the gullible minds against one another
Until they violently try to make an impression.
Fools, who and what are they worshiping?
let those wicked Gods settle their differences amoung themselves only.
And you, make a quick return to the sanity,
From which you have been detached.
The time is right
Where there must be a new understanding
Of what it means to be a God.
The responsibilities, duties and functions of a God
In a world full of evil and injustice.
Oh what a waste of power and might.
