Good morning Mamas o. Please which supplement can be recommended for me for weight gain . Note I am still breastfeeding. Baby will be 4mnths tommorrow (2 month corrected age). Pls o help me. I don't even have appetite to eat, so how do I add and I am on Exclusive breastfeeding.

Good Afternoon Everyone. I was delivered of my November baby on Wednesday night through Referred Emergency CS because of severe PProm. Mother and Baby doing very well, although baby is in NNU and i am recuperating. Kudos to Isolo General Hospital. They did a great job and erased my fears about General hospital. I'm grateful to God. Can't wait to go home with my baby soon.

Thanks everyone. I am about to be admitted. They said they will place me on antibiotics but if it continues they will deliver my baby.

Who is awake?
I have been confused. I'm early November but as I type, my water has broken. I say this because fluid has just been trickling down at intervals. I'm not sure if to wait for contractions or go to the clinic in the morning.

Mamas o, pls I am worried. I am 30wks+6days but I noticed my baby isnt kicking as much as before. Has anyone experienced it? Prior to now I usually feel some sort of heaviness or pain but as I type it's zero pain and just some kicks. Is it a cause for worry?

Scan finally got gender for me but it broke me. Me wey be wan hang boot but scan shows XY. 😭 Team November o

Mine keeps giving strong football kicks despite being a girl, the kain kicks ehn seems my belly is more than spacious just moving around anyhow.

I went for ANC today and just a touch on my belly like this, my baby kicked the nurse and I felt it, the lady comot hand burst laugh and says your baby is very active o, I said me sef know.

I think it's their time to do us strong thing. Let's endure it, the time left is reduced.

Don't be sad sis, your baby like shakara that's all, reminds me of some mamas here that had same experience and they reached a consensus that girls are the one's that like hiding their gender like this, so if you are hoping for a girl let me say congratulations, baby may just be a girl, but if you are hoping for a boy, let us start fasting and prayer now (assuming preggy can play with food or observe fast ) just buy neutral items if you are concerned about what to buy and plan for when baby arrives to buy other things.

But you know you still have time to check, just relax okay, oya laugh and go at take cold yogurt chop kisses.

I experienced the ear pressure in my last pregnancy. I had it even until my second trimester so I figured it must be part of the pregnancy package. Either way, you can get a doctor's second opinion about it if it bothers you.

Please who has experienced pressure in the ears. I feel pressured as if one of my ear is blocked. The tinging sounds every now and then .. who has experienced it? Is it a pregnancy symptom too?

How are you feeling now? I’m due late July as well and had an episode of contractions last week. I had been on my feet for a while cooking so I felt I overworked myself. Hubby and I were already preparing to go into emergency when the pains just stopped. I felt it the way you described it but it was false labour. Ensure you’re well hydrated, well rested and use a pregnancy support belt Incase baby is sitting low as this can exert pressure on your cervix. This was the advice my Ob gave me after she checked and nothing. If you notice any blood, trickles/rush of water or the contractions are regular, please go to the hospital asap!

If your EDD I'd late July, then you shouldn't be experiencing labour contractions, except it's braxton Hicks contractions which is false contraction

Help! URGENT!!

Good Evening Mummies.
Team late July EDD I am.
However I've been having these slight contractions since 2 days ago.
The contractions has gotten more serious even as I type.
Or am I getting it wrong...(I feel like sumtyn is pulling or sucking me in my pelvic..is that what contraction is?)
I am however waiting for other signs (like bloody show, mucus plug, water breaking)to be sure of whether I need to go to the hospital.

Please who has experienced this. Any advice for me?

The way I'm feeling this night eh I can't explain.
Been having this feeling as if my pelvic/organ is being dragged and it has continued since afternoon today.

Yes it is possible. No hospital will reject a woman in labour just because she didn't do Antenatal with them. However, it's always good to birth where you had your Antenatal or if changing hospitals for delivery, go in a few weeks before due date so that they can get a little history to enable them plan properly for delivery. Emergencies aren't the best.
