Sorry dear, try to get some milk handy so that any time it comes u take some of the milk. I battled with heartburn so much in my previous preggy(ftm things) but now I know better. Try it and u'll see that u would be relieved.

Pele.I ll suggest u take note of other food that causes it.as much as I love porridge,I had to stop it cos of terrible heartburn I have after eating it.then I take gestid once it start.it all for ur baby.

3wks ago, I and hubby decided I needed to do a preganacy test cos the kind of cramps I was feeling were worse than my normal MP cramps.
God being True to himself, it came out positive! Our joys knew no bounds cos we just tied the knot late last year & we were still settling into married life for God to bless us with such a Gift! We didn't know how far long we were, so the next week instead of going for an independent scan to find out, we decided it was best I register in a hospital since I was new in town and see a doctor for professional advice.

u can keep d st louis and still get d huggies.Wots ur sis reason for using huggies in d first month. Me i didnt o, and my baby did very fine. The truth s dat there re plenty good and affordable diapers in d market. So d choice s urs

you can take ur pregnacare with calcium,then it's not too early to register for ante-natal so that the necessary test can be done...Congrats

The heat is real gangster @ this period & we preggys feel it more cos our metabolism is raised by @ least 20% as two different blood circulatory systems are ongoing in our bodies and we are emitting the commensurate body heat, I have sworn off extensions and attachements for now and did weaving so as to be able to take baths with my head included. I slap wig on my head when going out. Me I can't come & die of heat oo!!
I also drink icy water.
We will all dance when we we see our pikins.

sis you are onpoint o,thats what I did to my hair to so that d water can penetrate wella,this is not a time for shakara cos the heat is making me go gaga

At 28 weeks +,I'm begining to feel my first trimester again.I don't feel like eating ,I don't even know what to eat but my stomach pains my like 'go get food!' .Though,I do have ulcer sometimes b4 pregnancy but nowI feel the terrible ulcer pain again.I hope am safe cos I don't like taking drugs .those red tablets with folic acid worsen my stomach pain after about 30 minutes ftm

since u have ulcer pls stay away from pepper or any food dat causes the pain,pele we go soon rest o

Its crazy! I had to buy dusting powder and use it all over my upper body after bathing @ night without drying my wet body! Tht helps

Morning mamas,So I saw my dr today and he said I shud cum bk in 2weeks tym for USS since I v no LMP,n I'll also start the progesterone injection weekly...d prob now is dah he said I shud stop taking the fersolate and folic acid that its too early and it may or may not hurt the baby,so m rily confused now,maybe I shud chng the hospital and continue with the drugs or I shudd just stop taking dem if it's indeed not safe cus I dnt kno wah to bliv animor

Please what could be wrong. My body is just shaking. I cant stand for long. D longest is say 2 minutes nd I ferl like I wld fall. I am just shaking. I thought I was hungry but not feeling it so I decided to eat. More dan an hour still feel same way.

my dear iron abi calcium capsule was giving me d same reaction my dr asked me to stop it for 3months and I felt better maybe u need to pause for awhile
