good morning all
biko make una help me,i woke up around 3.30am feeling severe cold and my right breast was so heavy and very painful..i had to rub aboniki on the breast...the way i was shivering plus the pain aint funny at all...couldnt sleep till around 5am...right now im not feeling the cold again but the pain on my breast is still there..pls what should i do or take?

Just checking up on you guys, how's it going at your end? As for me have been having irregular contractions and it's not strong. I went for ANC yesterday and was told that if there is no show by next week I should prepare for induction. So na beg I deh beg Lo now.

my dear...i just want him to come right now but the truth is i know i will see my baby b4 the end of next week.. kpekusing everyday now...i 'm also having irregular contraction and menstrual cramp... i know it will end in praise.

My dear, the waist pain in the last weeks can raise the dead. Walahi. Even now the back pain is still there but thank God for the post partum belt, its helping straighten my back. Breast pump is very essential mehn....it would help stimulate your tips before milk starts flowing.
