About this hospital list stuff, some hospitals are thieves not excluding government hospitals..
My church member put to bed today... At the FMC she uses, they said they don't give them list that you will have to pay for it... She was booked for CS today and was told to come in yesterday morning. Her hubby said after paying 15500, they started mentioning the things they did not have and should go and buy yet they did not give them a dime from the 15500 paid... This morning again, they told them to still get other things the hospital did not have that's part of the list oo. You can imagine...

Doesn't he have the right to ask for the money, since they didn't buy anything with it.

I thank God for the safe delivery of my daughter.
I had planned to get pregnant very early this year, as my second child was already 4yrs old. Somehow it didn't happen so I took my mind off it. Early September I fell sick. I took antimalarial drugs and painkillers but as the days went by, there was no improvement. I suddenly remembered that I hadn't seen my period. I got a test strip and it was a big fat positive.
Throughout the pregnancy, it was one health challenge or the other. At 28wks, I was admitted in the hospital for days due to Preterm Contractions and was closely monitored. At 36wks, my doctor told me the baby needed to come out in order to avoid uterine rupture because my previous child was born via cs. So it was scheduled and on April 21st afternoon, my beautiful baby girl was brought out almost screaming the hospital down, with mum, dad and older siblings overjoyed.
I give God all the glory.

Mamas I collected hospital delivery list yesterday oo,I want to ask sum questions wetin dem dey use 2 lux soap for?hmm two GBC air freshener, two jik,two olive oil, some sef ehn I tire.no write up for mother and child self until I ask them, they are concerned abt wat they will use only for delivery.

My sister bought one, one on the list
On delivery day they started acting funny, murmuring why she didn't make them in 2's me I was ready for them

My beautiful baby daughter arrived on Thursday 21st of April via ELCS, weighing 3.6kg at 37wks 6days.

Hmm after service today went to to the restroom,on my way going dre a preggy woman was in front of me the way she was walking ,I remembered one mama saying she is like she now walks like a penguin. I started laughing ooo ,somtin just said in my head u DAT is walking like duck laughing at anoda person .I begin look myself oo,no wonder my neighbours now know my footsteps if am going out dey will say na iyawo dey come,she don dey scatter leg dey waka.funny how pregnancy changes ones body

I envy those of you that can drink water well o, i just manage to take 1 or 2 glasses and it feels like medicine but I’m thankful that i can atleast drink water now cos I couldn’t drink water at all in the first few weeks, was taking sparkling water and it always left me bloated.

Hello.
Please can anyone who has gone through the process of inducing labour, share more light. I've read alot on Google but I'll like to hear personal experiences.

Heard it's alot more painful than natural labour. I was due on Wednesday 20th and Dr. Has me to come to the hospital today to be induced. Though I'm not scared at all. Cos I can't wait to meet my baby.

PS: first time mom

Some mamas has shared their experience last month or so, painful but its worth it

Just be thinking of LO during the pain
Or be watching tik tok while exercising

Quite unfortunate, forgive her from the bottom of your heart

I won't even lie drinking plenty water daily has helped me in this pregnancy. I can't even count how many sachets of water I take daily and midnight. I am enjoying a complication free pregnancy and honestly in my mind oo I always think it's because I always stay hydrated

When my dh complain about water finishing early (cos we now use 10 bags for 2weeks) , I tell him which on do u prefer, spending money for drugs and hospital bills or this 2k for water lol

If you can't take ordinary water, take them chilled, or add garri, or lemon or anything healthy, just don't completely avoid fluid this period.

i thought I'm d only one drinking gallons of water

Yes ooo.. One of my church member had that high Tommy with a baby boy... The Tommy was almost blending with her body.. So the pic is just a myth but many mamas believe it as it tend to sometime correspond with what they are carrying

There will be no need for scan if its totally true

But e for sweet o, someone will just look at u and say "oh she's carrying a boy"

I don't believe that baby bump pic at all, it depends on your body, the baby's position at a certain time, and so many other factors
