Leave the man alone! He is working very hard to grow his national economy. The man deserves credit for growing his economy at 8% per annum, the fastest in Africa this year ![]() Mandynews: |
You have done a lot for Ghana’s economy? I don’t get it. Nigeria dashed money to Ghana or how exactly did you do so much for the Ghanaian economy? Last year, Ghana attracted the largest FDI in West Africa, more than your country nigeria . Ghana is attracting far bigger investors than Nigerians can or will afford to do. Do you know how much Tullow alone has invested in Ghana in the past 10 years? Fuckeduppedness Go and find out. If I add all the big ticket investments into Ghana in the past 10 years, Nigeria is a small player in Ghana’s economy today. It’s painful but that is the truth Even nigerian companies investing in Ghana are not doing it for charity, or are they? Investors go to where they expect to generate favourable returns. So to be frank with you, people like you should be grateful to Ghanaians for allowing your companies to even invest in their economy and making profits, which they repatriate back to your country to feed and clothe your people. Nigerian businesses in Ghana hardly do anything for the Ghanaian people. You think we don’t know what is going on,huh? For example, your banks operating in Ghana do big social intervention activities in Nigeria, which they don’t do in Ghana. Look, you don’t know me but if I tell you just a little bit about myself you will be shocked. I know your country more than even you as a citizen so stop telling me all the crap about you going to school in Ghana etc etc. Look at the development indices. Ghana is far ahead of Nigeria in almost everything. From life expectancy, inflationary trends, personal security, access to electricity, access to quality education, poverty levels etc etc. you Nigerians have to accept that your country is currently in a deep crisis and work urgently to bring your country from the brink. Where I sit, I fear deeply for your country. You may not agree with me, but I know nigeria well enough to be afraid for that country. Chanel all your energy into urgently pulling Nigeria back from the brink. Trying to form a superhero or superpower with Ghana is not what you need. Trust me. Fuckeduppedness ![]() ' Talking about admissions into public universities in Ghana, let me say this. Ghanaians love to go their government-owned universities. My understanding is that universities around the world are encouraged to set aside about 10% or so of their admissions to foreign students. That is the only reason you and other nigerians get admitted into public universities in Ghana. Publicly owned universities are funded by the Ghanaian government. Perhaps if you can tell me the big nigerian companies that are investing massively in Ghana, we can take this debate further. Let’s deal with verifiable facts, not hearsay or some dumb newspaper reports. I know what I am talking about. There is a lot of big misconceptions about nigerian businesses in Ghana. I am prepared to show how false and misplaced those reports are. Fuckeduppedness ![]() 360command: |
Foolish talk Ghana’s economy is growing rapaciously at 8% can you remind how far with growth in the nigerian generator-powered economy? 1.1% are you aware your senior official are predicting another recession in 2020? Fuckeduppedness chai, na recession straight after that, una eye go clear well well una wan form china for west Africa, ooh but let’s face i5, Nigeria is a disgrace. With all the resources, Nigeria shouldn’t be a poor country ooh. Oh roforoforofo. I swear if nigeria no enter recession in 2020, call me bastardz Area4Area: |
Na so now. When you have a clueless, illiterate, bombastic leader, what do you expect? the followers are even worse instead of chasing their corrupt and inept leaders who cannot give them common electricity in 2019, they are busy talking trash.nairalandposter: |
Another fool spewing crap! Keep the borders closed forever. Let’s see if you fools can cope. Food prices are rising. The world bank is already another recession for your generator-powered economy. Fuckeduppedness. Fools incorporated the head and followers are all foolish. Suffering and smiling WorWorBoy2: |
Crap. Pure crap! Nigeria exports financial services. Which financial services. Are you talking about nigerian banks operating in Ghana? Are you telling me that banks, insurance companies in Nigeria are kingpins and make their own rules and even control your economy? The problem with you nigerians is that you like to make yourselves more important than you are. Are you telling me that today if nigerian banks operating in Ghana close, the Ghanaian economy will collapse or even suffer? Banks operate with depositors funds. The money banks have, don’t necessarily belong to the bank owners. They are mostly depositors funds. 2hich means the day Ghanaians who have deposited funds with nigerian banks decide to withdraw their money, that dips the end of nigerian banks. I don’t know how it works in Nigeria, but in Ghana, it is the Bank of Ghana that controls banks in the country. The Bank of Ghana tells a bank to jump and the banks simply asks, how far. Even indigenous banks cannot challenge th3 authority of the central banks, not to talk about a foreign bank operating in Ghana. Regarding nigerian students in Ghana, this is what I will say. Most of nigerian students studying in Ghana study in private universities, some are owned by Indians. I personally will never send my own child to a private university in Ghana, but nigerian student cannot gain admission into publicly owned universities, so they go to private ones. The money you pay to those private universities don’t go the Ghanaian government, except the taxes those universities pay to government. You that is claiming nigerian students pay fees in Ghana, have you done your own independent investigation about how many nigerian students are in Ghana and how much they pay? Nigerians are quoting all manner of figures, but have you done any credible research oinvestigations into the number of Nigerian students currently studying in Ghana and how much they pay? Talk is cheap. I challenge you to provide those figures, from authentic source. The Ghanaian economy is doing very well. Currently growth is at 8%. What is growth in your own economy? Nigeria is the undisputed champions of world poverty. People are being kidnapped upnpanddown in your country, and you want to tell me about doing something about the Ghanaian economy? Have you done something about your economy? 360command: |
Worwor boy. Hmmm Na true ooh. The mudder fuggerz Is a complete washout. Why should I waste my time on a worwor fool? Soon, una eyes go clear Fuckeduppedness WorWorBoy2: |
Fuckeduppedness are you a comedian? Where is the evidence a Ghana exported drugs, computers and weapons to Nigeria? By the way, you claimed you closed your border yet nigerians are still arriving in Ghana in their thousands every day. How is that possible? You forgot to also lock the borders against your people from leaving your country? Tell your people to stay in their country, huh? Fuckeduppedness CaptainMeks: |
You are beginning to sound like a dumb azzhole. Leeches? Which leeches are feeding off your dumb government? WorWorBoy2: |
Pure crap! Foolish talk! I expected something more sensible and intelligent you claimed Ghaba relies on Nigeria for survival. Tell me how Ghaba relies on Nigeria for survival and spewing crap. I expected you to name the goods and services you export to Ghana, without which Ghana will collapse. Very simple. Why is soo difficult to give us simple statistics? For example, Nigeria exports rice worth $500 million to Ghana a year. Nigeria exports cars worth $1 billion to Ghana etc etc. that is what I want to hearCaptainMeks: |
Do you have proof that Ghanaians smuggle stuff into nigeria? Don’t nigerians smuggle stuff abroad? CaptainMeks: |
Leeching feeding off your government? How? Is your government paying anyone? Since when did free trade, to which your government is a signatory, become “leeches feeding off our government?” Fuckeduppedness WorWorBoy2: |
Yeah, I know. I was expecting that from you take your time and read my submission. You will learn a thing or twoPremiumwriter: |
I have a better idea. Can nigeria close its seaports and airports as well? So that nothing enters and nothing leaves? Is it true that nigerians can leave their country through the closed borders but foreigners are not allowed to enter Nigeria through the land borders? If indeed this is true, it smacks of crass hypocrisy why allow your citizens to leave if you are not allowing others to enter? WorWorBoy2: |
I don’t expect you to make any sense out of my preposition come back when you enhance your IQ Fuckeduppedness Premiumwriter: |
Don’t talk like a fool, huh? You think you get sense, huh? A large population doesn’t automatically translate into a large market. What is important is purchasing power. 200 million impoverished mudder fuggerz is not a big asset for any economy. What is baffling from my point of view is the stupidity of most Nigerians. They believe simply because Ghana sent a delegation to Nigeria over the border closure means Ghana’s economy is suffering because nigeria closed its borders. That is the most ridiculous thing I keep hearing from nigerians Ghana’s exports to nigeriabis not more than $100 million. Even if Ghaba decides not to export anything at all to nigeria, it will not impact on its economy because the trade volumes are negligible. But the Ghanaian government sent a delegation to Abuja because that is what anyresponsible government is supposed to do. Even if Ghana’s exports to Nigeria is $1 million, Ghana will still have sent a delegation to Abuja. Some Ghanaian companies export to Nigeria. They are told they cannot export to Nigeria, yet Nigeria is still exporting to Ghana. What do you expect the Ghanaian government to tell its exporters who are being denied access to the Nigerian market while nigerian companies are still exporting to Ghana? The Ghana government therefore took a very pragmatic step to go to Abuja to meet nigerian officials and convey to them their reservations about what is going. To suggest that Ghana’s economy is suffering because of the border closure is absurd and pure nonsense. Some months ago, some shops belonging to nigerian traders in Ghana were closed. A delegation, led by your foreign minister, went to Accra to discuss with the Ghanaian authorities. Why did the Nigerian government send a delegation to Ghana over the shops closure? It’s because the Nigerian government has a duty to protect nigerian interests anywhere. That was exactly what the Ghana government did. But now nigerians see the coming of a Ghanaian delegation to Abuja to discuss the border closure as “begging” when the Nigeria government delegation came to Accra to meet Ghanaian officials over the closed nigerian shops, it wasn’t to beg. But when A Ghanaian delegation came to Abuja over th3 border issue, then it is to”beg” you see how stvpid you nigerians are ![]() Premiumwriter: |
By the time nigeria enters recession, your eyes go clear. Fool Area4Area: |
Foolish Nigeria people, I greet una Rwanda is producing cars. Ghana is producing Artificial Intelligence sadly, nigeria is producing stvpid fools, and struggling to produce ordinary electricity. This is so sad ![]() |
So tell me, can you tell me how “Ghana relies on Nigeria so much for survival?” Can you explain your statement. What is that Ghana imports from Nigeria that Makes Ghana “relies so much on Nigeria for survival?” I want to know. I am sure the rest of the world wants to know Area4Area: |
Why not? Why can’t Ghana close its borders to nigerian products? helinues: |
Fuckeduppedness which minister begged? That is the problem with you nigerians. The fact that a Ghanaian delegation cane to Nigeria means they came to b3g? I don’t know how you people think sha ooh so the fact that a Minister cane to your country means he or she came to beg, huh? Fuckeduppedness With this kind of reasoning, is it any surprise that Nigeria is a sh1thole today? . You listened to or read the press conference the Ghanaian minister and his nigerian counterpart addressed. Where was it said that the Ghanaian minister came to beg Nigeria? all Ghana is doing is warn that what nigeria is doing has long term consequences I guess you guys are too dumb to know that,huh?Area4Area: |

You are funny sha. Let me break things down for you. The man just heard Nigeria’s population is 201 million and hurriedly jumped to the naive conclusion that it is a bigger market and therefore offers a bigger market for Ghanaian exporters. What he failed to understand was that in reality, the Nigerian market is indeed not bigger than the Ghanaian market. I should explain? Fuckeduppedness okay your population is 200 million right? Half of them are children due to the propensity of Nigerians to give birth like rats. out of the 100 million adults remaining, 90% of them are unemployed and desperately poor and have very low purchasing power. So in reality, less than 10 million Nigerians have any purchasing power. Very sad, isn’t it? drakeli: |
This foolish dog has a problem he is very hungry after smoking weed, the dog is very hungry. Who can help him? He is a deputy minister. You see in Ghana, ministers and deputy ministers are slightly higher than the average person. Even the president is not considered better than other Ghanaians. He has been elected to run the country for a term. Ghanaians don’t “worship” their leaders. If a minister, deputy minister misbehaves, any Ghanaian can call him to order and he will obey because even he knows how important the average Ghanaian. The fact that he is deputy minister doesn’t make make him better than other Ghanaians. drakeli: |
Look at this foolish Igbo dog. Who told you his opinion doesn’t matter? In Ghana, the people’s opinion matter even more than that of a minister. Who voted for the minister to get to power? When the people don’t want you, they kick you out. Go and ask former President mahama. How dare you tell a Ghanaian voter that his opinion doesn’t matter. Fuckeduppedness ![]() drakeli: |
