Me: After my secondary school i wrote jamb in 2019, I am currently in year 1 in Fedpoly ede studying science lab tech

Me: I plan to come back to Nigeria to use the knowledge and experience i acquire from my study in Cleveland State University to advance my health related career and also use it to work in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities and Federal ministry of health in Nigeria

Hey folks, I applied to just Missouri State University in the US for my masters because I already have an immigrant visa to a country close to the US. However, I am very interested in the masters program at Missouri State University and I intend to apply for an F-1 visa. Please will I still be required to show strong ties to Nigeria or it has to be the country of which I have its immigrant visa? considering that I am still in Nigeria and will be applying for the US visa from Nigeria.

Note there is no funding from Missouri state University and deficit is approximately 24,000 USD per year.

What are my chances of getting an F-1 visa? Since holding an immigrant visa to another country implies that I won't be returning to Nigeria.

I just applied and noticed it was waived when I was abt something. Although it wasn’t stated on their website

$70! CSU does not waive application fee for International applicants. They waive for only a limited category of underprivileged citizens.
