It was same thing they did to me in 2009. I applied for Education Economics & OMT but to my greatest surprise, wen my admission letter came I saw Fisheries Technology & now I have Bachelor of fisheries and aquatic studies degree. Praise the Lord.
Check up how many of their children studied Fisheries and Aquatic Studies.

If over 2000 students that applied had above 250, then the school can set its cut-off mark at 300 or above and Jamb can then give the other students options of available courses and other schools they can be admitted into. Let the students make the choice of acceptance but dont just redirect a student to another school or course of study. The Jamb guy is not being humane and thoughtful and this method is a device to encourage corruption. What is the basis of redirecting some and leaving the others? It gives room for questions and corruption.

Yeah he was the one. He has also been on Nairaland for duping numerous people including nairalanders. He had a terrible reputation. He likely saw his death coming very soon.

CrimeRe: Girl, 15, Commits Suicide After Being Gang- Raped by MurderX: 12:39pm On Jul 11, 2015
We as a society have to rightly address issues on the perception of sex and sexuality. She judged and condemned herself based on a wrong perception of sexuality. Instead of her mom to give her postinor and start treatments for infections while pursuing justice for the culprits, she was busy condemning the poor girl and further complicating her twisted perception of sex. Sex education has become more important today than ever. Sex is not criminal and you are not defiled by sex, its as natural as every other characteristic of a living thing and the desire for sex is innate, however practise safe and hygenic sex for your own good, just like eating nutritious meals for your own good. Religion has twisted the beauty of sexuality and attached laws and condemnation to it. She killed herself for no reason at all.

Calm down and take a chill pill bruv. grin

Now you seem like OPs legal aid counsel. What peeps are saying in essence is that this isn't news worthy.

It should have been a simple act of random kindness. Rather than taking pictures and making himself some sort of superstar for helping a woman and her kids.

The only reason I opened the thread was because of the caption "OMG, what is this lady doing to her kids". Which suggest or implies that the woman in question was probably maltreating her kids or doing something really bad to them.

Opening the thread to find out that its a complete opposite, makes it look like the OP was trying to make a mockery of the woman and score cheap likes for helping her.

Mr Chimourinho you are a corps member and what you should have done was to help and keep it to yourself. You didn't even tell us if there was an alternate route in crossing between both communities. Yet you make it look like the woman in question purposely put her kids through that all for nothing.

If you don't know the whole story don't be quick to speak and type.

CrimeRe: My First Week Of Freedom After 10 Years In A Nigerian Jail by MurderX: 11:53pm On Jul 03, 2015
The teenager’s nightmare began in November 2005 when he was arrested by the Nigerian army and charged with stealing the phones and other items.

The promising student, who was hoping to study medicine at university, had his whole world turned upside down when he was handed over to police.

He told human rights’ activists that he was shot in the hand and beaten by soldiers before being taken to an army barracks, and shown the body of a dead man.

But when he was unable to identify who it was, he was beaten again.

The teenager was not allowed to call a lawyer or even his own mother and for 24 hours no-one knew where he was.

But his nightmare continued after he was moved to Ekpan police station in Delta State where he claims he was beaten again, this time with machetes and batons.

He said he was also tied and hanged upside down for several hours and pliers were used to pull out both his fingernails and toe nails before signing two confessions written by police.

The then teen was convicted on those alone which he said he only signed to stop the torture and was tried for armed robbery.

EducationRe: Olaoluwa Hallowed-Oluwadara Is Africa’s Youngest Ph.d Holder by MurderX: 11:04am On Jun 30, 2015
Lies - the guy is smart but he is not 24, born in 1989 he is 26 and again he is not the youngest african Phd holder, the same thisday online had reported Nkem Karl Iyari as the youngest African with a Phd at 22 see article below.

http://www.thisdayonline.com/nview.php?id=67065

At a time when many his age would thank their stars for being able to acquire a first degree and some dare to acquire a second one instead of looking for a job, Dr. Nkem Karl Omebere-Iyari has distinguished himself as an exceptionally gifted Nigerian. At the recent Graduation Ceremonies of the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, Omebere-Iyari who turns 23 on the 16th of this month, bagged a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering. The degree had been completed in a record time of 36 months, straight from his first degree and with a EU Grant of £17, 000 per year for the three years.
Those who know his antecedents would not have expected anything less. The son of the Central Bank's Deputy Director, Banking Operations, Mr. James Omebere Iyari had graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering at the age of 19 in 2003. He was the best graduating student in Chemical Engineering that year. Before then, he had attended the Oxbridge Tutorial College, Ikeja, Lagos, where he sat for the Cambridge Advanced Level examinations in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry at the age of 16 in 2000, scoring A in all three. Yet before then, he had attempted the Cambridge GCE ‘O’ level examination, at the age of 14, in June 1998 and got six credits. At the end of his Senior Secondary education at the King's College, Lagos, Omebere-Iyari, then 16 had eight As, including five A1s. Ironically, he never got his UME scores. The results of the examination, which he wrote at a centre in Epe, Lagos were cancelled along with others in that centre. His father, who also had a Second Class Upper Division in Business Administration from the University of Benin, said at the weekend that, since his son did well in the Cambridge ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels, as well as the SAT and TOEFL, where he scored over 80 and 90 percent respectively, the family decided that he should go to the UK.
The first of three sons, the native of Owanta in the Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State had won many academic laurels from his primary school days at the CBN Primary School, Satellite Town, Lagos. He did his internship with Procter and Gamble, Brussels, Belgium in 2002. Through a European Union funding, he was also at SINTEF Laboratory, one of the world’s leading Flow facilities at Trondheim, Norway in 2004; and German Nuclear Research Centre at Dresden, last year. Omebere-Iyari has participated in several seminars and workshops in the UK and Europe, while his articles in Chemical Engineering have been published in International Journals. He currently works as Process Engineer/Consultant at KBR Company, a subsidiary of Haliburton Group at Leatherhead, UK.
Should Omebere-Iyari not come home to contribute his knowledge and skills to the development of the country? He could not be reached to answer this question, but his father said, "He is a very patriotic Nigerian and is interested in the development of the country. But he wants to get further international experience before coming back home."
Iyari, who also holds a Diploma in Petroleum Refining Technology could not imagine what would have been his son’s lot if he had remained here. ìRight from his first year in the university, all his designs were computer based. We should try and develop the education sector in the country so that our youths can realise their full potentials. Whether in the Arts, Social Science or the Sciences, our school libraries and laboratories should be well-equipped. Computers should be made available to the students.’ He sees his son as an inspiration to his peers, that they can achieve whatever goals they set for themselves as long as they remain focussed and work hard.
The proud mother, Pastor Kikanwa Omebere-Iyari, who is also a business woman and farmer, said, ìHe has made us proud and I tell him it to his face. For him to be so God-fearing and well-behaved even when I was not there, young as he was, I thank God.”
Mr. Iyari said their other children are high fliers too. The second son is a Part Two Student of Economics at the Dakar Campus of the Suffolk University, Boston, USA, while the last, a Science Student, is in his final year in secondary school.

AY lost his comedy and stopped being funny when he became more of a merchant and less of a comedian. He stopped speaking pidgin and is trying so hard to be like a Chris Tucker or some kinna African American comedian. I dont find a thing funny about him anymore, just see him as a hustling businessman. Bovi is the next big thing.

One mediocre Charlie too wanna be heard.

Does he even understand the meaning of fashionable? His English is so poor. angry

God bless that tailor that sewed President Buhari's cloth. Slim fitted, smart and very elegant on Baba.

I dare to say Baba even looks smarter than our immediate past president.

Charlie, e dey pain you say G7 no invite Ghana?
If charlie wants to be a fashion critic he should start with his grammar. This common phrase "be on suit" is so wrong, I dont understand what we mean when we say someone is "on a cloth". Please lets always think before we speak; someone can only be in a cloth not on a cloth. Is he standing on a suit or do we stand on our clothes? Charlie abeg correct your english to "in suit" and not "on suit".
