Taking all indices into consideration, Umahi has outperformed Ugwuanyi.
There are street lights in almost all parts of Ebonyi state, both rural and urban; almost all the roads are tarred; he's building ring road that connects all the major parts of Ebonyi state for ease of movement and decongestion; there's an ongoing fertilizer and agrochemical factory; he's building an airport; a stadium; several mega standard malls and relaxation centres; he has almost turned Uburu to a standard city with his door to door road construction and the new medical school there; he has boosted agriculture with several rural-based programs.
All these are not just on paper;but can be observed with just a leisurely visit to Ebonyi state.

The problem with most of them is that they don't even know where Ebonyi is located on the map, once they enter Ebonyi their mouth get shut

Ebonyi is capital is actually 1hr drive from Enugu, same with Owerri which is an HR drive from portharcourt airport yet they have an airport there..find something to criticize you have absolutely no knowledge about Ebonyi, besides that market seller you see on the street could be richer than your father and even building a house back in the village, Igbos don't beg, they prefer to work hard..
