whether a guy or a gal - during courtship these are the signs you must watch out for before you say, "I do"

1. They get unnecessarily argumentative
2. They never give up on an argument
3. They always want to win the argument
4. They do not forgive easily
5. Even when they claim to forgive it must be on their own terms (you must give up something)
6. They claim to forgive but quickly refer to something else you did relating to the matter at hand
7. And they always dare you to hit them first (if the partner is a woman)
8. And they always threaten to hit you (if the partner is a man)
9. And whenever there is a misunderstanding - they stand by the door preventing you from leaving.
10. They experience mood swings for no reason whatsoever - and they want you to accept it as normal.

If you experience any of these signs in your relationship - please please please, never marry that partner who exhibits such trait(s)

I know the se x may be sweet, the cuddling may be out of this world, that partner may have great looks and to the outside world

That partner may be the best ever for you - But if you want to live long, NEVER EVER MARRY SUCH!!!! BEAUTY, GOOD LOOKS and GREAT SEX is not worth your life and peace of mind!!! - God bless

Men should always marry for Love and see a lady's money or her family's money as a bonus.
The truth is, no matter how much a woman professes her love for you as a man, if you don't have a stable source of income to match her own or not from a similar background as hers, pls don't wife her.

Why? Because she is going to frequently compare you to her dad and with the life she's used to, growing up. This will lead to gratifyingly apocalyptic bust-ups between the husband and the wife. The young man is going to be distressed and stressed out 'cause of the financial pressure (sometimes subtle) the lady would subject him to.


To the young men out there...
Pls NEVER take a loan from the bank or anyone to marry a lady. If you are not financially buoyant, you can delay the wedding ceremony until you have the financial capacity to host a grand ceremony. I'd suggest for intending couples that are not financially strong to host simple and modest wedding ceremonies.
You don't need to break the bank for you to make your wedding ceremony an eventful and memorable one.

VAT is not a profit and lost Item ,they will remit it as VAT to FIRs which is different from the Company Income Tax they will pay separately again , Company Income tax is an item of the P&L

It just occurred to me that I keep seeing VAT charge on things I buy in fast foods...for instance I went to Chicken Republic a day ago and when I looked at my bill I found out that I paid 7.5% VAT..does it mean that the VAT I and other customers pay is what the company use to pay their own Tax, meaning they don't spend out of their pocket to pay tax or the VAT we pay is different from the one the fast food will pay later?
