I once worked in a company adjacent to them. Though I don't have the details of their payment. The company produces Tiles and engages casual worker a lot (common to factories around there). And it is located in gas line along Igbesa road, Lusada, Ogun State .

That remind me, someone I know very well use a miniflat with his 2 children before the 3rd came. He construct a double bet close to his bed for them.. both children use it as the 3rd child being an infant stayed with them on bed..

Because, most importantly , I wanted to discourage overnight visitors as much as possible. We needed quality bonding time together at least first year before the baby comes.

Although even if I had gotten a 2-bedroom flat, I would use one as store room.
If you have gotten more than enough wedding gifts, you will surely need a place to put away some stuff while still keeping your flat neat and decent. My luck was that the upstairs flat I got, I am the sole user of the staircase and under the staircase is enough room for stuff

1. Your mother in law, your mum or any family member will come around to assist in caring for your baby. You don't want them sleeping in the parlour, it's not right.

2. Your wife will give birth to your first child shortly after so you'll need the extra room.

3. Before you knew it, your infant will become a toddler. You don't want to be doing kerewa while your child is asleep. It's a NO-NO.

If you're on a low budget, then your option is mini flat. In that case:

- Try to get a thick mattress to be put in the sitting room. Your guest shouldn't be made to sleep on a sofa. Also get a mosquito net that fits the mattress. ( Guest's comfortability is of utmost importance)

Note: never ever ffuckkk in the same bed your child sleeps in. You can do it in the parlour or even in the kitchen

Sometimes I don't blame those who refuse to render help. I was trying to assist 1 nigga who I learnt from someone dat he ordered umidigi airbud & prior to arrival at d delivery post office and end up getting plug as replacement of airbud.
To my greatest dismay, he went to report me and his effort payed him off which I was band on in on this thread.
