Open dispute.. you don't need to talk too much about it... Chat the seller and let him know why you did. Send him evidence of the location and out your mind at rest. If the seller fail to work on it, AE will refund you and they will deal with the seller.

Hello, Please I need your advice/suggestion. My Umidigi A3 hangs FREQUENTLY and also gets hot crazily when on 4G. Mizik once suggested I delete downloaded videos and apps, I did that but the problem still persists. I Thought the recent update will rectify that but HELL NO!.

My advice.. I have similar problem back then.. talking from experience. Make all necessary backup. Go to play store and download super backup to backup all your call history,sms and contacts. Use file explorer to keep them safe in your MMC. Ensure all other files that are important to you are backed up and stored in your MMC.. Proceed to do a factory reset that will do a clean wipe on your phone. That was what I did when I listen to top advice from the top official.
