Every Intelligence Agency does it to remain clandestine and keep their operations away from prying Government Agencies, such as the NDLEA, NFIU, EFCC, ICPC, CBN et al...

If you watched any of the James Bond movies, you'll get my drift. Even the CIA, FBI, MI5, and may be, just may be, the DSS also have such arrangements...
yeah...... but they should have provided security for it.

Waz d correlation?
The product can never miss without the involvement of insider from NNPC.

NNPC is never in the news for good reason. It is either fraud or fuel scarcity. Thank God for Ibe Kachikwu, this has reduced significantly.

Politics2015 Polls: Our Staff Got N3bn Of N23bn Bribe - INEC by muyibaba222(op): 9:40pm On Apr 11, 2017
By Omeiza Ajayi
ABUJA –
The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has admitted how some of its staff got over N3 billion as bribe in the 2015 general elections.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC had in a report detailed how about N23 billion was deployed to influence the elections, but INEC said its figure was arrived at after an in-house investigation of 282 of its serving and retired staff, including a former national commissioner and several Resident Electoral
Commissioners RECs.
“Out of over 23 billion Naira, which the EFCC report said was used to influence the elections, the Committee established that 3,046,829,000 Naira was received by INEC staff in 16 States”, said INEC in a late-evening statement signed by one of its national commissioners, Mohammed Haruna.
Part of the statement reads: “The Commission met today to consider the report of its expanded Appointment, Promotion and Disciplinary Committee on the EFCC Interim Report on Bribery Corruption and Money
Laundering Charges During the 2015 General Elections.
You may recall that late last year, the Commission received an Interim Report from the EFCC detailing allegations against 202 serving and retired INEC officials and staff in 16 States of the Federation. In furtherance of its zero tolerance for corruption in the electoral process, the Commission ordered a thorough
investigation into the allegations to establish the culpability or otherwise of those named in the
EFCC Report.
The Committee’s work was thorough and painstaking, involving issuance of queries to the 202 staff mentioned in the Report and interviewing them individually in accordance with the principle of fair hearing and in consonance with INEC Staff Conditions of Service. As a
result of initial findings of the Committee, an additional 80 serving officials of the Commission, who were not named in the EFCC report but whose names came up in the course of the investigation, were also queried and interviewed.
“Among other things the Committee found that there was a clear attempt to bribe INEC staff to influence the outcome of the 2015 general elections using an NGO, the West African Network of Election Observers (WANEO), made up mainly of retired senior INEC officials.
“In reaching its decision on the findings of the Committee, the Commission adhered strictly to the INEC Staff Conditions of Service. The Commission therefore decided as follows. The cases of one former National Commissioner, five former Resident Electoral Commissioners (one of them deceased) have been referred to the Presidency and EFCC for further necessary action.
“Based on their level of involvement, two hundred and five (205) serving INEC staff will be immediately placed on interdiction, which entails suspension from duties and being placed on half salary, pending the final determination of the cases they have with the EFCC.
“Seventy staff (70) about whom there was insufficient information regarding their involvement will be referred back to EFCC for further investigation and possible prosecution.
“The Commission hereby reiterates its commitment to defending the integrity of the electoral process. Therefore, it will continue to take stern action against its officials who compromise its core values of integrity,
transparency and impartiality in the conduct of elections”.

BlowBack:
Just like INEC had no powers to disqualify Buhari over his fake waec result.

The Senate can not declare Dino's seat vacant over a baseless claim of presenting a fake result which I must add has now been debunked with Dino collecting his original certificate.

The only body that can disqualify Dino as a senator is the courts.

Go to court if you are not happy seeing Dino's face on the floor of the Senate
You don take am personal? better still, I will say you find it difficult to comprehend. I av not said He was issued a fake certificate or should be sacked as senator. all I mean is ABU shouldn't av waited for Senate invitations before making clarification. It is simply as that

asuustrike2009:
Your assertions are not totally correct. The accused was able to prove his nysc discharge certificate, original results well except that of London. The substance in this matter is his b.sc certificate obtained from a reputable university in Nigeria not London university. That London school denied ever seeing his result is out of it since the bone of contention is his b. so certificate obtained in Nigeria. Sahara desert couldn't prove beyond doubt after all the evidence put by the defence instead out of shame they diverted our attention. It not easy to fake result. That the accused graduated with third class and was notorious in school proves indeed he was a student especially with testimonies from his former colleagues that served same year with him.
Yes ABU has cleared the air. But why should it wait for Senate intervention before clearing Dino even after several media made enquiries? This is wrong and killing investigative journalism. If educational institution could do this, what do you expect from gov't agencies? your employer is free to make enquiries about the originality of your certificates but you can not make such of your politicians whom you employ. This is why Nigeria is where she is today. Our politicians see themselves as gods. For LSE and Harvard, he claimed to have graduated there just like ABU.

Edelweiss44:
Absolute thrash written by a mind that struggles with common sense!!

Pastors Ibiyeomie and Suleiman did not "arrest" their defamers, rather they sued their defamers and the law enforcement agencies made arrests in order to obtain statements from the accused and subsequently charge them to court. It is the fundamental right of every citizen to seek redress in the law courts when they feel harmed by another citizen, and that right can be enjoyed by anyone whether a pastor or a pagan! So stop being silly and blaming pastors for taking matters to court when they feel blackmailed!
SMH for you.
Kemi may be wrong but don't support injustice. Otedola handled those who try to blackmail him and did not go this far. what treatment should the police give to her if she had rapped, killed, involved in fraud or stolen? Well, it is your type that supports Buhari disobeying court orders. It may be somebody close to you that will have issues with powerful men in the country. Say NO to injustice

Jokes EtcRe: My Success Story: Giving Back To Nairaland by muyibaba222(m): 10:51pm On Mar 31, 2017
DDeliverer:
I don't really know where to post this, but since it all started here, I think i should post it here in this section.
It all started after the "9ja has finished me" https://www.nairaland.com/3210525/nigeria-finished-me thread, 8-9months ago. 8-9months ago, I had nothing but a phone, a fine face and a degree in Biochemistry. No concrete plan, no job, no nothing.

Due to my jobless state I started spending plenty more time in the internet especially on Nairaland. It was on one of those 'lightless' nights that I created that thread. On that thread some guy asked me to reply his PM. On the average I get like 3-4 pms everyday, requests I generally ignore. But in that fateful day, I don't know what happened. I just replied him. It was the reply that changed my life. I replied sucess without realizing it (ALL OF YOU THAT IGNORE PMS, I SORRY FOR UNA).

After I replied, the man sent me a message about how the thread really touched him, how he laughed and cried at the same time while perusing the thread. I thanked him and went to bed. The next morning I woke up to another message. He wanted to discuss something and he needed my phone number. I gave it to him.

He called that morning and introduced himeslf as (name withheld) and that he would like us to have lunch, if it was okay by me. (OKAY BY ME? which kind question be that?) He told me to wait at a particular bus stop that his driver would pick me.

To cut the long story, He was opening a new company and he needed a young person to play a supervisory role. He wanted me to be his new director. I swear, tears dropped from my eyes. He asked if I was interested , I couldn't even talk, I could only nod ( because tears gather for my eyes). He brought out his cheque book, asked for my official name, scribbled something's, tore out the leaf and gave it to me. He asked if the money could cover for my wardrobe, transport and 3months salary, I almost broke my neck nodding. The money was more than enough.

Look at me, broke and hungry the previous night, few hours later, I was rich and I had a job that would make me more money. My case is truly different.

I feel it is only apopriate to pay my tithe to nairaland because I am who I am today because of nairaland. So I'd be giving 20 nairalanders 5k each this night.

God bless seun
God bless lalasticla.la
God bless nairaland

I love you all. Thanks.

Cc 9ja has finished me crew
I'd have dropped my account no too but the account nos up there is more than 20 already. Bro you can link up for vacant position in the organization. I'm jobless here. Thanks.
