Adeleke now has atleast WAEC or NECO. He can definitely read and write, and has more success in business within and outside Nigeria than 99% of professors. On what basis will he be termed an illiterate?
Do not place too much stock in "formal" education. The guys in Alaba doing business have more education than any graduate.

Each province will have its own criteria for qualification. You could channel your research into how easily you can get licensed. Cost implications too.

Can you share this foresight you speak of? At least one person said he will remove power from the exclusive list. Whether he is telling the truth or not is another matter. Would you ask IRCC to send you another PPR email if the deadline as passed when you receive it? Stay calm... what's another 2 month max of waiting compared to the uncertainty of waiting for PPR mail. Except you will be adding a family member soon.

As I have said earlier she didn't book the flight to Mexico initially, she only reroute/changed her flight from Canada to Mexico, so I don't know how much it is to fly to Mexico ( you can check Google flights tho to compare airline prices).

She didn't get a tourist visa since we read you don't need one as long as you have a valid Canadian Visa. She's also going to Cancun by the way.

come with the expired one , temporary and driving history extract. Register at drivertest center close to you, take the cbt test G1, then G or G2 road test. Best to hire a driving instructor to train you. The driving we do in Nigeria is not driving.
