Mail your department and tell them to send you a scanned copy of your I-20 as you need some information in it to fill your visa application, just insure that the hard copy arrives before your interview day, you can pay the Sevis on or before 3days to the interview

If it wasn't virtual, breakfast and lunch are usually served at training school, but seein that it's virtual, there'll be no such, but I believe they'll support with data, or its equivalent in cash.

No specific timeline. Training school begins May, so all recruitment process should be done before the end of this month. Access have a specific number of applicants they want to recruit, news is that a large percentage of those who wrote the first exam failed, so they're still sending out mails to previous applicants so as to reach their final number.
