1. Ircc officials are probably aware of bank policies in the UK. Your statement of account plus the letter you got are sufficient to show proof of funds. For mine, I submitted only online bank statements and I wrote a letter of explanation that I was unable to get the other required documents from the bank. Had no issue getting my PR approved.

2. It's important your reference letter carries your job descriptions. Like someone advised above, get a colleague to write the description and attach their ID card. You might need to write a letter to explain why you are submitting two reference letters for that NOC. Best of luck to you.

1. That's sufficient, Lloyds bank refused to give me reference, submitted 6months statement and attached a screenshot of my chat with their support where they claimed that they don't give such. I added it to my LOE that I am unable to get that from my bank.

2. I will recommend you write the reference and get a colleague or a supervisor to sign not necessarily HR if they refused to give the format you want. Though I'm guessing the one you have now might be sufficient but I will advice you try a colleague to sign and photocopy of their ID also attached.

I use Lloyds banks as well and the lady I met at the bank was kind enough to write me a letter including everything except average balances for the past 6 months, so I will use statement for that.

For getting a reference letter from a colleague, does it have to be on the organisation letter headed? Because I would not be able to get that. My manager doesn’t do any form of referencing, everything goes to operations. So the letter my colleague will be signing, should it contain something like ‘we have been working together and this is her job description’ ?

I have two questions please.

1. My bank in the UK refuse to give proof of fund letter and claimed that letter is called status letter and is only available for business account. I was instead given a letter that has my name account no and also included in the letter says I have no lending with them but they told me they can’t confirm my balances and on the letter they put that statements have been enclosed. They printed 6months statement for me and stamped both the letter and statement. Would this be sufficient to apply with?

2. One of my employers gave me an employment contract letter, all is included in the letter except my job duties. What else can I use to support this? Would my payslip be okay? If yes. How many months payslip please?

Nb: I got invited under healthcare. Qualified for that with experience I got from another job which I have the reference for. This job that I’m unable to get appropriate reference for is another NOC code.

Now here’s the thing I already gathered a lot of information on here so I’m much familiar with the study route to the uk. And during our discussion conversations everything he’s saying 75% of it are what I gained on here which I’ll be listing out so the guru here can help me out cos I don’t want my mom to fall for any fraud or waste her money smhw.

1.He talks about schools in the uk not really accepting HND students for masters (not all schools). So he advised I start all over again..

2. He advised I go for a very good course in terms of job in future.

3.He said he can only assist with 4 university University of Huddersfield, Kingston university, University of Wolverhampton and Leeds international Centre.. those are the four options he gave concerning the university.

4.He talked about CAS but I would like someone on here to enlighten me more about CAS things to do before it’s issued.

5. Now here’s the main thing.. during our conversation I told him studying in the uk is quite expensive but he’s saying one can pay his/her tuition fee in installment process..

6. But here is my main concern I told him I don’t think my mom can come up with POF at the moment but he insisted on helping out. I asked him how? This bro said he’s going to put the funds in my account blah blah. Though he said I have to pay the part payment of my school fees into the school account maybe 4k which I asked stylishly if I can pay myself he said sure..

But my main concern is about the POF please someone just help me out probably if they’re some things I still need to ask him.. cos my mom has been disturbing me about my response but I needed to be sure if this bro is real about the whole thing before anything. Though a scam will always sound real.

Since you’ve been following the thread for long you should know that there are universities in the uk that accepts HND for masters. People have been posting and posting about those universities.

Make sure you are completely involved in the whole process and be very careful. All the information you need from school applications to visa application is on this thread.

About CAS, it’s a statement you’d use to apply for your student visa. It’s like a document that indicates a school is sponsoring you to come to uk and you are their student. You’d need to get unconditional offer from a school, pay deposit, attend pre-CAS interview and show POF for some schools before you are issued one

You don’t have to start all over as I think the bsc route is expensive. That’s 3 years of worrying about your tuition. For a MSc, you know you are sourcing funds for a year and that’s it.

I got the appointment date to be 21 June but after I was done with filling the application, another link was send to my mail to verify email. But I keep getting reply with is error.

Call their numbers and complain about the issue. It happened to me too. You’ve been booked. They will ask for your passport number and confirm your booking. Make sure you ask them to send your a confirmation of booking mail

a guy confirmed this that his wife used a religious certificate. He said you’d have to support it with an affidavit. I’m not sure of the guy’s handle

I have unconditional offers from Northumbria University, Newcastle & University of Wolverhampton. I'm having some trouble making a choice. Their fees are almost same except that Wolverhampton is marginally lower.

Which of the schools would you advise based on - cost of living, availability of family accommodation, job opportunities (student & dependent), safety, access to major cities and any other comment about each of the school/city.

Your kind and prompt input would be highly appreciated as I am ready to make initial deposit.

don’t know why they are taking long to give people offer o. Might probably depend on the course. Got a conditional offer from them in about a week.

I had used a Gmail address and I actually used another email address (yahoo) but it's the same response, although it's the same phone network.

Try using a different network. It happened to me to after activating my mail, it wouldn’t let me continue using my application. I tried using a different network and it worked. Make sure your network is fast

Just google search school offering conversion courses in the UK for computing, a lot will come up.

When you are writing your SOP, just explain why you are interested in IT. You could try researching and linking IT to your first degree.
