did you see the statistics then, if you compare the figure with other states, you'd find out that Anambra state was number no.1,it is like saying that Nigeria inflation is 15% but when you juxtapose it with other countries, you'd find out that all other African countries are above 15% meaning that, in as much as there is an inflation, Nigeria is still doing better than other African countries. so, check the statistics of other states and you will know how Anambra state fared in comparison with other states.
