People who save end up becoming poorer in the long run.

People who take risk and put their money to get returns in legitimate businesses end up more richer.

It is just simple logic.

All the money all the government have saved are either stolen, used to defend the naira and pay salaries.

If fhey had used all ghe income generated to fund new industries, building technologies that create jobs, create good policies, there would have been increase in tax base and also increase in revenue from different angle but they are still stuck in carrying themselves as the best savers while people are suffering.
