Thank you so much.
He is financially buoyant and willing to make transfer into my account if the option is better than presenting his own account statement as a co-sponsor. In demonstrating relationship, whose birth certificate please? He desires quality education for him hence the willingness to co-sponsor. How do I show prior history of support? How do I get affidavit of sponsorship? How do I show that my brother pays for the tuition fees? Will his name be indicated in the payment receipt or how?

Thank you so much for all helps.

bullstriker:
I recommend using your brother as a co-sponsor. But you must demonstrate your relationship (birth certificates should suffice). The next issue to resolve is “Why is your brother sponsoring him? Is he financially buoyant? Can you show a prior history of support from your brother to the family and, most importantly, to your son? The following can address the concerns of the VO
The bank statement shows funds transferred to you by the sponsor.
Photos of the sponsor with your son, especially during important events like graduation, birthdays, etc.
Affidavit of sponsorship
Sponsor can pay for tuition fees.
Proof of communication with your son.

A good presentation is usually what it takes to resolve such cases.

Thank you

Is it better to have my brother transfer funds into my account, or he present his own account as a co-sponsor. Payment has been made for tuition.
Bobomaigida:
Funding undergraduate courses is not easy, if you are able to prove the sources of income for your brother who is acting as co sponsor then it will fly, The money he wants to transfer to you should be used to pay tuition and buy GIC for your child, so that accessibility to the money will not be flagged, you will just be left to explain how the fund were raised and sources to get the funds to finance the remaining years of the school.

Good day gurus in the house.

I need advice on POF

My son just got admitted into a University in Canada for his undergraduate study. I will appreciate guidance on how best to present the POF to increase his chance of getting study visa.
I have a business and currently has about 8million naira in my account. I have a younger brother who is willing to be a co-sponsor and support his education in Canada. He is also ready to make fund transfer into my account if that will work better. My questions for guidance
Which is better between being a co-sponsor with a naira statement of account or dollar statement of account domicile in the US?
Will a fund transfer of about 35 million naira into my account, okay?
As a woman, how do I establish that he is my brother and my son's uncle?
We have a joint account in his daddy's name with about 7k, can it be useful?

Required fund is about 50m

Thank you in anticipation of guidance.

Thank you so much for your kindness, God bless you.
Have done the ranking, what should I do next?
Truly appreciate your counsel.

TheCongo2:
It is possible to progress without an agent?
As with for all applications relating to immigration, you don't need an agent. In fact, some people have found themselves in deep trouble because they have used an agent. By doing your homework you will realize how easy immigrations related matters are. They are all designed to do it yourself.

Is it true that chances of being picked for Permanent Residency is rather slim for applicant or spouse over 50 years of age?
Not true given that age is only a slice of all a lot of other factors. Please visit this link and use the tool that will help you calculate your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score based on the answers you provide.

Obviously, this Mr. IdowuCyber gat no chills at all grin grin grin

But I don't blame him

You Nigerians can be so frustrating at times

You Nigerians seriously lack manner of approach at times

To label someone a scam is too easy for most of you Nigerians

It's really a shame
Every business is a potential scam or 'scammer', you therefore owe it a duty and responsibility to assure your customers that you are not out to flee them of their money, but rather to offer value and money worth in products offering or service delivery. It therefore means that when your customer is aggrieved, rightly or wrongly, you should never be rude even when you know longer need his patronage.

PhonesRe: The Fraud In Slot Limited by mygladness: 10:35am On Apr 12, 2016
SLOT is a fraud, and their scamming is not limited to accessories, it also applies to phones.
I once bought an expensive Samsung phone at their Saka Tinubu office that didn't last me four months.
After back and forth over time, I didn't follow up on it again but have never touch that brand ever since 2009.

I will enjoin OP to follow this up to a logical conclusion, too much fraud in our system.

Thanks for the response @
babyosisi:
America usually will not prevent any child under 18,legal or illegal from going to school up to high school level but after 18 it gets rough without papers.most school grants or scholarships require a legal status and most private lenders ( banks ,financial institutions) will not give school loans to someone without an immigrant visa status unless someone else co signs for the loans on their behalf.
Obama has now granted a pathway for these kids to get a legal stay if they came as children and schooled here with college degrees
I believe a lawyer in the USA can explain this better.
I know the place is a little sympathetic to people who came here as children
A good lawyer can argue their case, the children are innocent, their parents are the law breakers

Hello babyosisi,

I have a former colleague whose children were enrolled in school (elementary and high school) in the US when they went on holiday while he returned to the country - this happened two years ago. Now, a close cousin is contemplating the idea, now my questions goes thus;

What are the process involved in such move? what are the merits and demerits? What does the future holds for the children? what will be their status? Will they be able to have proper education to the highest level?

I will appreciate sincere response on these questions, thanks

BusinessFood Package For Export by mygladness(op): 11:55am On Oct 19, 2011
I will appreciate response from experienced exporters on this.

Is it possible to use a hired facility (premises etc) to secure NAFDAC registration of products (food items) to be packaged for export?
If possible, where can one get such facility in Lagos/Ogun state?

Or is there other means of exporting food stuff to the UK and US without the rigour of NAFDAC registration? the registration requires a premises for the food processing and packaging which is not available now and seem to be staling the whole plan.

Again, how does manufacturer's permit work in food item export?

Thanks for whatever help you can offer.

FamilyRe: Marriage: Is It Worth It? by mygladness: 3:31pm On Sep 10, 2011
Marriage is worth it because it is an institution ordained by God. The Bible say one shall put one thousand to flight while two shall put ten thousand to flight - that is the strength that lies in marriage.

Unfortunately, human beings are not sincere and truthful to the tenet of marriage because even those who carry religious titles are not immune to cheating in marriage. Ii is dishearting to find out that someone who pose as a man of God for which he is so respected could be caught describing the size of his dick to a strange woman via BB chat. This same guy keeps chain of girls who are known as morally bankrupt as friends.

The best way to stay in marriage is to hold on to God and never belief that your spouse cannot do certain things. This is important to avoid heartbreak and great disappointment.

It is indeed rear to see a man who is faithful to his marriage. It is quite unfortunate.
