2 scenarios;

1. The FBI has other incriminating evidence proving AK aided and abetted Hush in his crime (so far what we have in public domain is circumstantial and amounts to no case)

2. So far I haven't seen the affidavit accompanying the CC document in the public domain, but from the document you can see that AK and the so called Vincent whom he arrested are listed as "defendants who conspired with ABBAS (Hush) and each other to fraudulently obtain and launder..." So the question is did AK conspired with Vincent (whom he arrested on the behest of Hush) and Hush against the complainer, or was it with Hush against Vincent and the complainer...

It has answered some of the questions i asked on another the thread. But I still feel there are a lot of inferential connections here; like AK knowing why Hush wanted Vincent arrested. Except there is more evidence to make that connection the evidence thus far in the public domain is at best circumstantial (meaning they might as well arrest the Uber driver that took Vincent to the police station where he was detained - I don't know if you get the drift?)

I think what the OP is trying to say is that an arrest warrant issued against you is not necessarily an indictment or "proof of wrongdoing"

Besides I am still curious, so far what I have read from the court transcripts and the innuendos from Nigerian tabloids at best amount to a crime in Nigeria and not the US - Abba Kyari collecting bribe to effect an arrest in Nigeria, Abba Kyari visiting Dubai on IV of Hush - How are all these aiding and abetting Hush's crime against the US?

I believe US might have more dirt than this on the the Abba guy, other wise they have no case.

How many people pay taxes in Nigeria?

I believe this is an opportunity to build the tax base of the economy. The government can:

1. Generate a list of a desired income bracket to benefit based on existing tax filings

2. Encourage other entrepreneurs who have not been paying tax to do so over a window period or at least make appropriate filing (say in the next 3 months) those that make these payments or filings can then benefit from the bailouts, but more importantly is that government has their details to follow up on tax payments from them as soon as economic activities restart.
