richforever123: All these Audio Billionaires that come to Brag on a Faceless forum, after they will say they are encouraging the young ones
Okay show us your picture, they will say they are afraid of Kidnappers, abeg STFU no one cares It's okay to believe what you want to believe. But I can critically tell you that alot of great contributors here are not audio like some small minds called them. They actually talk from personal experience and that's what a lot of people pay for in a conference. It is called information, we all know information is power and knowledge is wealth, some people are wealthy in knowledge and some are just trying to say it from their personal experience and not to brag about it. This thread was a village before full of like minded people, nobody has ever forced ideas on anyone and we respect each others opinion because everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if you dont like what you see, jump pass biko. I changed my moniker when I realized someone keeps talking about how S/he couldn't sleep because of the figures on my property that i rejected plus the thread is now full of hateful words and I used to post with the mindset of come chop. When sukuk bonds lll was out and some of the people who we invested together were worried because they didn't see their allotment letter, some of us posted our allocation letter here with nothing to worry about...just to keep ourselves informed that it would soon get to them. Someone had posted a property I intend to sell here before just to seek for negotiation advice without knowing the owner is on this same thread. I know some great contributors on this platform who had changed their moniker and deactivated their former handles because of constant attack for saying what they're not getting paid for. Why all the hate even on what we call faceless forum? Please guys, we don't need all these bad energy. Biko!!! |

emmanuelewumi: Where is the source of the fund he used for his oil and gas Investment, he needs to learn from Wale
His exposure to UBA is huge, I think the earnings of UBA is audio. Paying dividend of N1.00, will cost the bank less than N40 billion. So UBA can't afford to pay N40 billion ni.
I sold about 98% of my holdings at about N7.10k immediately when the dividend announcement was made by the company The fear of Tony is the beginning of wisdom. I did exactly the same when I saw 35k and my expectation was at least N1.00 |

Lazyyouth4u: To be very honest, the way you went about it appeared like monkey hunting tinz . As in it just wasn’t normal but hey what can I say?
Upon reflection, I don comot the SFS flyer. I don’t want to feel like I’m advertising them but yeah I agree with you they are good guys. I know them well I was just trying to open some people's eyes to another way of investing in real estate without chaos. Mind you, I did not advertise for sfsreit neither did I ask anyone to bring their money, I was just educating people and that's what this thread is all about. Seriously I don't deserve all the names calling and insult from you for saying the right thing. It looks childish to me! |

Lazyyouth4u: Just so nobody thinks I have anything against SFS, those are my guys and they are good. They also have a good fixed income fund. I just no want make anybody use them chop maga for here.
Disclaimer: Not here to advertise them o. I do not work for them and I have no affiliation with them! Good to see you now understand why I was trying to inform some people about REITS...i thought you said I was trying to dump my holdings in SFSREIT on people by saying what I know could be of benefit to those who are tired of chasing after tenants for rents and also looking to diversify investment for retirement. I wasn't here to advertise for them either, I'm just an investor. |

SFS REIT has paid dividends consistently in the last 10 years. Dividend grew by 60% in the last 10 years Exactly sir! Some people are just too ignorant to learn or do some search before they give false information out. |

akinola98: Is it not better to buy UDPC reit?? Which gives over 11% dividend and the share price is very low compared to sfs reit ..... Just thinking loud Both are good, but I personally prefer sfsreit because the dividend yield is more than 11% and the price is undervalued at the moment, so there's room for capital appreciation. |

ahiboilandgas: ok got your but based on your expirence what the likely hood if share deprecaitions after dividen payout...5 percent? 10 percent? 0 percent or an appreciation....am comparing notes with rental......am just 5 years to my plan retirement... That why the correct price is good for entry, considering the price of the real value, right now the price is still undervalued. |

ahiboilandgas: how with 440,000 units x 3.2 total income =1.4m on an investwment of 27m paid at the end of the year .....while a master developer can use buy land of 10m and built 3 units of 3 bedroom on 2 floors @15m naira and use 2m to package the house well then collect 700k per anum rent x3 = 2.1m ...then I will pose as the agent and lawyer to my property and chop another 300k as agreements = now my money is 2.4m and my rate of return is higher almost 11 percent while ur is around 9 cos i collect rents in the start of the Year ..... If you're planning to build this idea property, just divert your money to buy sfsreit and have rest of mind. The returns is much better than the returns on visible property. |

ojesymsym: Okay but if you were to use current rate, how much would that be? Also, you guys are confusing me with this unit vs shares thing. That'll be 68.60 ×400,000=27.440.000 Dividend yield is N3.240.000 A property worth of 27m can never give that kind of yield lailai. |
