I appreciate this post and I remember vividly I was one of those who criticized him in the previous thread for his visits to political and traditional rulers in the country.

My motivation for the criticism was based on the irresponsible attitude of our leaders here in this country. Anthony is such a responsible, respectful young man and when I look at the antecedents of the so called leaders, I think a lot of these kings and even our president really do not deserve certain accolades.

The previous generation failed this country a lot and they expect so much respect and reverence from us, while giving nothing in return. Look at how many people are still dying from Boko Haram, yet we have a commander in chief, look at the nepotism in government, even the Kings aren't left out... People like Oluwo of Iwo and his reckless way of life, the Oba of Lagos and his reckless statements, just to mention a few. As a Yoruba man, I am ashamed of these people.

I have always been a core AJ fan, even when he was unknown to the Nigerian crowd. I wish the young chap all the best and I pray he gets the undisputed title... His mother trained him well. Nigeria is always your home champ!

If you can secure one in scalable vertical, making 5-10 million is easy.

Most land buyers rely on recommendations from someone who knows the realtor but then all those chain of middle men will increase the amount spent on that piece if land. Let me go straight to the story and I will try to make it short and explanatory.

My fiancee happened to have this ex that obviously they had a good time together and infact she left the guy for me and during one of our conversation I got to know that finances during her time with him was a big issue and at one time or twice she cheated on him to sleep with men that could take care of the finances

We started our relationship and I quickly noticed the challenges with this with her but on my own part I can take care of her finances. Anyway, We have been together for more than 2 years and also we are planning to get engaged traditional soon.

The unthinkable happened during one of my inquisitive quest of checking her WhatsApp messages when I saw her telling her closest buddy that she was chatting with her ex the other time and that they were talking about how many times they had sex and also if she ever meet the guy again she will sleep with him.

Well, as it is I am feeling been cheated on and secondly, i can't imagine that she will still have this feeling for the ex so much that she could say that she can still sleep with the ex again.

people want to buy land but they may not have money. While those with money may have bought already. It's not easy to sell things like land, cars,..

The real estate business is one that is structured on years of relationships. I once read of a guy who spent the first 5 years building relationships with people and later one he started making sizeable sales in sold property.

we went to the ministry for our own and we were told that approval for the ratification is not possible for now... The land is under global acquisition. But the surveyor who did the survey plan told us it can be done and that they need to meet the buyer and seller at the ministry to get it done.

How true can this be?

Well, I can't blame her because she never thought about it this way. But the guy should really respect her or she can advice him to get a girlfriend. My wife is a student and she tried everything to shift the marriage until easter this year but i refused due to many projects for the year. so we got married 3 months ago.

I took care of her bills since she got admission and we dated for 5 years

But she is so disrespectful and want to make important decisions in marriage which ive refused to allow.

Now, she claims i forced her into marriage and she is not mentally ready because i asked her to change to my family's name.

She has been good then bad then worse..And i think her words about forcing her into marriage has irreparably hurt me.

I spent over 3m of my cash to give her the wedding she wanted (Without any support from her family) against my wish for a 1m wedding.
