It is believed that for you to own a property in Abuja you must be rich. No you do not have to be rich to own a property in Abuja.
How do you get a cheap property in Abuja?
You must have a budget.You have to budget from N150,000 upward,but if it is at choice location you have to budget N500,00 to N1m.

Let ma start with how to own a property in the town with just about N800,000 at the maximum.
when you get to Asokoro,you sure know it is a choice location and Asokoro did not start like that,and so I am introducing a place known as KURUDUMA to you,KURUDUMA is after ASOKORO extension,at ASOKORO extension land are sold in millions,but presently at KURUDUMA the value of land is still below N800,000,but few months back they were going for just N150,000.

You buy a land now at KURUDUMA,which is in the town,it would be developed like GUZAPE.You can not build now at KURUDUMA(let no one deceive you that he has a buildable land in KURUDUMA).buy your land whether it is offer or R of O,do your documentation or re-sell it and make a minimum of 300% profit,if sold after 6 months.If you decide to sell say after a year definately you would be selling at a price that would give you a profit of say N2m to N10m(depending on the location and title of the Document).

If you refuse to sell the land,you become a land owner in town with just about say N500,000-N800,000.if you decide to sell after about 5years, Thank God for your life.

With N150,000 you can get a property at places like KUGBO,NYANYAN PHASE IV,KARU FHA LAYOUT,LUGBE.KURUDU.GPEGYI,GWAGALAPE etc.

This properties are not known on ground,you have to pick a surveyor if you want to know it on ground,if you are buying for re-sell purpose,you may not want to know it on ground,but it is better you know it on ground to be able to fix a good price on your property(any property known on ground has a higher value than the one that is not known on ground,even if it is better located).if you are buying for the purpose of building you must get a surveyor to show you on ground before paying.
