For 38years what does the north have to show? If the Northern state governors were serious the high illiteracy rate in north, the terrorists called Boko Haram, the very high rate of beggars in the north that is being exported to other states in Nigeria and the poverty rate in the north would not have existed at such an alarming rate.

If you have been to South South before the 2004 you mentioned, and you go there now, You cannot compare the rate of development that has taking place in just 11 years to the rate of development in the north for 49years (from 1966 till date). Sorry, It is the north that has a very very long way to go because their land and water is not polluted by oil( they can farm on their soil with good yield), the actual cost of construction is cheap and are giving allocation( free money without contributing any thing reasonable) and yet have nothing developmental to show.

I agree with you that it is perception, but I also do remember that it was that same period that the corruption perception index was very high that money was flying every where in "Ghana must go" bags within the corridors of power and the national assembly, it was no more hidden. In the streets of Abuja money where being carried about in boots of vehicles by politicians and they buy properties worth millions and pay from the booths of their vehicle.

I am not exonerating any politician because all of them are corrupt. But this same Corruption perception Index have been in used before this regime and had always been the best yard stick worldwide used in measuring a country's corruption perception index.But the facts remains during the era of some you see corruption walking on the streets of Nigeria.
Corruption runs through every where in Nigeria, in the local government, state government and federal government.

There is so much corruption in the oil sector ( I am not referring to Sanusi's accusation because he could not prove it and he kept mentioning different amount .), there is corruption in every sphere including the family. All former and present Apex leaders of Nigeria are corrupt as at when they were in office, the difference between them are the level of corruption and performance in office. some are corrupt and still have one or two things to show, some are corrupt and when they leave office you cant attribute any physical achievement to them.

Yes this is what the military should have done a year ago because they were already in Borno state to fight boko-haram, but not GEJ because the military already have the mandate and funds to fight that war. May be they could not go into Sambissa forest because of the refusal to sell some specialized weapon to the Nigeria Military. On getting the T72 they look unstoppable, and they have moved into the forest with confidence backed up with attacks from Chad, Niger and Cameroon from different positions.

Lets hope and pray that this demon called Boko-haram would be flushed out and let peace return to our lovely nation.

What an information. My problem with GEJ is the response or the style of tackling boko haram when it started. I believe if the right decision and action was taken on time,bokoharam would not have gotten to this level. With the way bokoharam was handled should be enough reason to vote out GEJ, but surprisingly in my own view APC did not present a better alternative, little wonder why their candidate runs away from debates, no matter who conducts it.

India was not banned they play qualifiers and don't qualify. They are good in some other sport such as cricket. They have soccer leagues in India. If they used black magic in football, they would also use it in cricket. Bangladesh, Pakistan and India are not good in Soccer, yet Nigerians still play in India league.

Yes I have gone to the link and I have seen the letter with the second page, I agree now that there was a second page because I had to google it.But there is no CSV file on the site you gave.I also found out that the last paragraph in the second page( the ones in italic) is not included on some other sites (http://www.aitonline.tv/post-massive_rigging_exposed_on_ait_online_presidential_poll ;http://www.topnaijalinks.com/nairaland/did-ait-really-release-those-csv-files/) but it is included in this particular site with CSV file. But the CSV file is different from the one Gbenga Sesan talked about.

Now the riddle:
1. Why is there no CSV file in the link you gave.
2. Why are the letters different( second page) from the one on AIT site.
3. If AIT sent the CSV files to media houses, why have credible media houses don't have the CSV file( e.g Channels tv, The sun, vanguard,This day etc) or do you mean AIT did not send it to those media organisation? why online links without credibility only.
4. Why do you send a link to a unknown media house.

But my problem is with the Nigerian Army. There were news that many people are fleeing Maiduguri because it is believed that the town is being surrounded by Boko-haram for an impending attack on the City. The Nigerian Army should on receiving the news swung into action but not waiting for Boko-haram to attack first, now civilians would be caught in exchange of gun fire.

Yes i watched AIT news and they gave the reason for removing the polls, but i did not see them showing IP addresses used in the poll, but they showed pattern of votes caste. If you actually saw the IP address on AIT News, what news time did they show it, probably i did not watch that particular news( that is if they actually showed it). My background in computing, I know there is no such IP address above 255. I am a fan of GEJ but a AIT got it wrong ie if truly that file was uploaded by AIT.
Secondly, multiple voting can still be carried out with devices whose IP's are masked. Masking an IP makes it almost untraceable or traceable to wrong networks.
I for one, would want a proper clarification from AIT or another poll to be conducted with better securities enabled.

A lot of evil things are being done by politicians just because of the quest for power. I had wrote somewhere on this forum accusing AIT of manipulating the IP addresses based on the IP addresses released. Now it is obvious that AIT did not release any IP address.. interestingly the so called IP addresses are not on AIT website and AIT have never said that they have released the IP addresses and no credible media organization in Nigeria have published it either.

i Think AIT manipulated it. The last three digit should not have been more than 255. most of the IP addresses is that of opera-mini( most nigerians makes use of opera-mini) but those ones that the last three digits are above 255 are fake or manipulated. You can carry out a IP check yourself, go to www.whois.com, when the site as opened look at the top right of the site, you would see a search box, just put the IP address you want to verify you would see the results.

The truth must be told at all time, forget about your partisanship because you are not neutral. Of a truth it is not the first time a presidential debate was boycotted, but President GEJ is not the one that started it as you are making people believe. in 2003 the same Buhari boycotted a presidential debate that was to pitch him against OBJ, this is not the first time Buhari is doing it.

All the candidate are being asked the same question. AIT had not shown any biased to APC, the documentary in question was a paid advertorial and the APC have done the same thing.

The debate both Buhari and GEJ boycotted in time past did not attract this type of wide spread interest, so by boycotting this one is too suspicious especially with the accusations going on against both candidate, it would have been a platform for many people to take decision on the right candidate. its so unfortunate that Buhari withdrew.

Yes they should be commended. But my problem with them is that their investigation is not always conclusive. If the police investigative ability is good by now with the number of people arrested in relation to Boko-Haram , they should have been able to know so much about them vis-a-vis their sponsors, mode of operation etc. I hope they would improve and give us a better secured country. They need to beef-up their investigative ability with sound personnel and Hi-tech. God bless our country.
