Good job guys, can't seem to get straight forward answers anywhere.

I'm presently in Nigeria. I need to apply for a student visa for my PhD study in university of Tasmania. I would please like information on the exact steps to applying. I understand the applications are considered in Pretoria.

My concern is the first step to take, exact cost of visa fee, who to pay the visa fee to, currency of visa fee, mode of payment, where to get application form, ONline application option etc. I guess I'm looking for those who have gone through this route recently and have useful info. I know Nigerians we always have extra info , that would be very appreciated. Thanks
