No matter how nice you treat your inlaws, they'll still get on ur nerves, so my advice is: dont be too nice, try to be as courteous as possible, and let them know you ARE a part of the family, whether they like it or not. . . .

Why dont you try Mobil, Shell or NNPC? If you're really intelligent, you dont need connections to get in. . . .

Marketing (in banks) can not be improved by reading books, its a skill you acquire as you go on (Trust me, i've been there), What you need to do, is learn from your unit members, most of them were once like you. . .

The more you go out marketing, the better you'll become at it, And more people would want to bank with you. You need to pray too, cuz once you hit it big, the rest is history. . .
