Remember we talked about GOALS Settings, this is where measuring your BMI is useful.

Now, if her GOAL is to weigh 64kg, that means she must substract her current weight
from her future weight to know what her GOAL should be. (73kg - 64kg = 9kg)

She has now set her goal of 9kg weight loss which is ok for her Height of 5Ft/6In.
(64kg and 5ft/6in = 22.73 BMI ) Now that's sexy.

Calculate Your Body Mass Index
Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

BMI Categories:

•Underweight = <18.5
•Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
•Overweight = 25–29.9
•Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

To measure your BODY MASS INDEX, just post your height and weight and get the result or just google BMI and calculate it yourself.

You should know that Humans are naturally lazy, so for this TRICK to work you'll need someone to watch, bully, sympathise and encourage you otherwise its 'easier' to give up.
Plus, you'll need to set a goal: e.g Lose or Gain 20 pounds in 10 Months
Goal Setting gives you good reason to be determined for success otherwise u'll wonder: 'what's the point?'

Before we move on u'll need to measure, weigh and write down ur body mass. Usually its ur height that would determine how much weight u should gain/lose but its ok to start slow.
