Who are we that God is mindful of us, that He heard us when we call Him?
Jehovah overdo, we say big twale for keeping us this far.

Its certain that some of us will port to this month and we are glad.
We come against any form of loss e.g. life, blood, etc. and pray delivery shall be complication free IJN, Amen.
We pray that whelther we port or wait till our July, mother will be alive, baby alive and father rejoicing with plenty money.

To reduce pre term contraction, take rest, reduce stress, maintain stable emotions, always empty your bladder, always drink plenty water, don't lie on your back, practice polar bear position. God will see us through. We shall be congratulated.

Teamies, its high time we packed our hospital bag so that we won't miss anything out one's contraction start.
To our working mums, I think its high time we submitted our maternity leave request letter.
Also, I hope we are through with our baby's nursery shopping and arrangement, I pray God will provide for all our needs.
To our Yoruba mums, I hope you've shopped for the naming ceremony and thanksgiving dress, shoes, make-up, photography, etc
Please Teamies, try and mention me as soon as you port and post your BA (Birth Announcement) so that we can update the roll call and let's endeavour to post our BS (Birth Story) early even if its a paragraph.

Had to post today so it won't come after some of us port.

I guess you are on bedrest. If that is the case,then you are good to go with your ajebo shopping or you shop after you are 37 weeks. God will strengthen us all.

Team August, how are we doing? I presume all of us is now in the rocking stage(2nd trimester). Please, lets all enjoy this period as it is period of enjoyment.

Hope we are rocking the new bumpy look and managing the heavy like weight!!!!!!!

No chase oga ooo. Remember, pregnancy is in already and another one isn't adding to it after its in. Let us revive the ministry. All the shot that was missed in the first trimester must be replayed.

If you aint comfortable with the missionary style, there are a lot of other methods like

Side-by-side, from behind

Lie with your partner facing your back and entering from behind. Keep some pillows handy for extra support as your pregnancy progresses.

Penetration tends to be shallower in this position. That's a good thing, because deep thrusts can become uncomfortable in later months.

From behind, doggy style

Support yourself on your knees and elbows as your partner kneels and enters from behind. A pillow can provide needed tummy support.

Side-by-side, at an angle

You each lie on your side, your bodies creating a V-shape. Wedge a pillow under your back for support as you face your partner, and rest both legs over his hip. This position allows him to keep most of his weight off your belly

On a chair

Straddle your partner as he sits on a sturdy chair. Position the chair near a wall or another piece of furniture to lean on when you're ready to get up from this position.

Edge of the bed

Shift your bottom to the side or foot of the bed and lie back with your knees bent. (After the first trimester, wedge a pillow under one side so you're not completely flat on your back.)

Depending on the height of the bed, your partner can kneel or stand.

Spooning



Spooning isn't just sweet for getting cuddly. It can also be a super-comfortable way to have pregnant sex, because there's no pressure on your abdomen and you have lots of movement. Plus, your partner can position themselves behind you at different angles to allow for penetration.

u can take zobo even add ginger n pineapple sef but in moderation don't turn it to water oooo.. note* hope no past records of complications..anyway like the other mama said some pple says it induces labour, as for me have taken it infact 1big Eva but note that body differs.

I've heard people say it's not safe but ive craved it all through my pregnancy and always taken it right from first trimester. Same way I've taken nkwobi, abacha, pineapple. I think moderation is the key for all these things, if a cup of Zobo could induce labour, we would all born on our due dates plus in my antenatal class we are told to eat everything we crave except it's drugs and alcohol.

U are very funny. I beg no vex some of the gurus have given birth so they are nursing their lo others are FTM like u so he no reach to vex. Also some people didn't experience it so they cant proffer solution. Pls try and pad urself with enough pillows when u sleep. it's well with u
