But I'll like to know, at what pace does the earth rotate and who or what is turning it around to keep it rotating?

Good evening house,
I believe that with the recent announcement of school re-opening, there will be job openings in schools.

Please,I am in need of a teaching job. I am experienced in the primary and secondary sections and I will like to up my game as I look out for British schools or schools that offer a blend of British/Nigerian curriculum. I graduated with a good result in English language and Literary studies.

Help a sis please, I really want to make use of this opportunity as there might be openings in schools at this time. Location is Lagos, Alimosho, ikeja axis.

Does that mean it is optional for mamas trying for a vbac?
I was at Afriglobal yesterday and was told that it is a radiography X-ray and am not so comfortable with all the reviews I've read about it. I learnt there is a clinical one too.
And pls can't an ultrasound scan measure whatever it is they want to measure?

Mamas who have had a successful Vbac, please did you pelvimetry?

Am tired already, I had CS.Mil will say I should bathe with hot water(morning and night o),Drink very hot pepper soup,drink warm water.infact I don tire tire with this hot weather.

In my opinion, I think the hot water bathe and lukewarm drinking water is for our good. I gave birth to my first via emmergency cs, so no pressing of body. As at my baby's naming i was still looking preggy. But when I started taking the lukewarm water religiously, I saw drastic change within a month.

I went for my sis wedding exactly a month later and people who were at my naming couldn't recognize me, I had gotten back my pre pregnancy shape and my incision site was healed.

I did it for three months, so please close eye do am. You still have enough days and years to chew ice sef.

I had cyst when I was pregnant. The doctor said it will degenerate and it did. But I heard some people have activ cysts that need surgery. I pray. Yours is different. Amen.

Amen. I was at the Gen Hospital and the gynaecologist said it's Nothing to worry about that it'll degenerate. Thanks

Its was seen wen I went for scan then later it was no longer seen. Didn't av pain due to cyst but had due to fibroid.

Cyst its no big deal according to my gynae, had it earlier in pregnancy but it's gone now. I learnt it will shrink on its own. I no come Sabi if Cyst get types

Thanks so much mama. How did you know when it degenerated? I was having severe painß and the doc asked me to go for a scan, that was how we realized it was cyst. But I haven't felt the pain since then.
Did you have painß?
