For direct payment to your bank account (current), just fill the Registrars e-dividend form, your bank must stamp on it, then submit back to the Registrars.

I don't have a stock broker. I bought the shares some yrs back from someone I can't even remember. I get d shares divident by post and pay it in @ d bank. but my bank is now rejecting it.

please someone should put me through on how to go about claiming the amount on my share dividend. I tried paying it into my access saving account but they rejected it and asked me to open a current account. infact I was sent share certificate of bonus share. I'm just confused about the whole thing.

Please can we all put heads together and do some research on best possible practises (verified answers o, not Mama Nkechi/Tola said so) on ways to avoid Episiotomy. One of my advisors (a doctor) told me it's not always necessary but he felt doctors tend to take the decision to cut quickly.

Any suggestions? For mums who are alone and with their husbands/some help please.

kegels exercise and perineal massage ( spelling) . They both help prevent episiotomy.Google them for more info.

Tnx @Mzora for askin, I apr8. I cudnt get d nizzoral shampoo. I put olive oil nd was able to comb out d crust, I mixed ori nd baby tribotan nd applied to d affected part. So far it luks like its going to work pending wen I get d shampoo.

kk. I think their are other hair shampoo like that with ketoconozale component. ask ur pharmacist about them and if u can use dem for ur baby.

@ birth she weighed 3kg,@ our 10;wks immunization appointment she weighed 5kg. I don't know her present weight now. my frnd asked me to introduce formula so she would be big. BT I'm just lukin @ d advantage of breastfeeding my baby for d first 6 months.

hello mamas pls I need ur advice. before I gave birth I had made up my mind to do exclusive breastfeeding,which am doing now but my baby is not big. she is just on d average. should I give her formula to help wt her weight or should I just continue my exclusive. she is 3 months now.just concerned about her size.

The front hair chopped off. my baby had ela thou. started using d nizzoral shampoo and ketoconozale cream(spelling pls) and dre has been great improvement. infact d front hair have started growing again thou still very short. wanted to cut it bt my baby is still small (wuld be 3 months dis wk)won't want to hurt her tender scalp.also u can apply ori/coconut oil to help with d growth.

thanks have done that. doc said she reacted badly to something. she gave us piriton and anoda syrup. she is fine now and d reaction is clearing.
