Hi doc,. I hav irregular menstrual cycle(it can dissapear 4 lyk 2 months at times) and vry long cycles(35,40 day cycle etc). I'm nt married bt I'm bordered. I live a vry health life style(I dnt smoke,drink etc). Plz wat can I do 2 make ma menses regular(28-30 day cycle).
