On average, hiring managers forward 3-4 job vacancies/offers to me each week, asking me for candidates I can refer to them for one job opportunity or the other.

1. Lack a can-do attitude...

The least you could do is do research on what the role entails...

Religious fanaticism. You hear of candidates that tell interviewers that they cannot come to work on Fridays. Or that they have to leave early on Wednesdays for choir practice.

Imagine what the interviewers think of such candidates.

4. Entitlement mentality. [Motivational speakers] sold this stupendous idea to young people that they can get a job that will earn them millions with almost zero experience.

They convince them to toss aside "low-paying" jobs and demand to be paid "their worth". They lie to them that only paid internships should be pursued.

If you don't have in-demand, hot skills that are scarce, be ready to take up that peanut-paying job and that unpaid internship to learn what you need to learn to be in demand. It is called stooping to conquer.

The question is; what has his offensive play brought to the team? Are you aware that he adds more pressure to the defence because he doesn't return just in time? Are you also aware of more crosses coming in through his position

United should look for a better right-back who can contribute to goals and score as well because Dalot isn't doing either.

Bruno Fernandes and Manchester United have shelved contract extension talks until the summer, according to reports.

It's understood that the Portugal international rejected an offer from the club late last year and the two have decided to wait until the end of the season to discuss the matter again.


Neither party is in any particularly rush given that Fernandes' deal doesn't expire until 2025, but it's thought the player wants clarity on what next season will look like at Old Trafford before thinking about an extension.

With interim head coach Ralf Rangnick set to leave his post in the summer, United's next managerial appointment could be key in enticing Fernandes back to the table.

Paris Saint Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino remains favourite for the job, but Ajax's Erik ten Hag and Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers are also in the running.

Fernandes signed a £180,000-a-week deal after joining United in January 2020, but after a stellar first year in English football the club decided they wanted to bump up his salary to better reflect his importance to the team.

This season, Fernandes' form has been heavily scrutinised and he's struggled to have the same impact he once had on the side, which adds another dimension to future negotiations - which are expected to resume in May.

Though according to The Athletic, both sides are relaxed about the situation and are under no pressure to settle anything this year.

I saw a job post for proofreaders and editors.

I wrote a proposal and forgot about it.

Some days later, the client responds with an invitation for the interview.

From Upwork, we moved on to Skype.

I got to answer a questionnaire that contained 14 questions.

Then they asked even more questions after I submitted the questionnaire.

You only need to know what you're about and stand out as the best.
