Check the questionable certificates. His middle name in the NYSC certificate is "Onwubuase" while his middle name in the B.A certificate is "Onwubuasi". After the Supreme Court judgment in David Lyon V Diri where the court held that APC Governorship candidate was not qualified to contest the Governorship Election of Bayelsa State Ab initio because of minor inconsistencies in the certificates of his deputy, no legal team of a political party would advise their candidate to submit such certificates. In the eye of the law "Mikel" and "Mike" are not the same thing. "Yemi" and "Remi" are not the same thing. It is advised that if you have mistakes in your certificate, no matter how Minor, you can remedy it by applying to the institution that issued the certificate to correct it. Even Obaseki who was faced with similar problems applied to the University of Ibadan to right the wrong. With no notice of correction from either NYSC or UNN, Peter Obi cannot submit those certificates. The big questions are : 1. Did he actually submit inconsistent certificates? 2. If he did, where is the copy of the certificate endorsed by INEC (check Tinubu's sample below)? 3. If he did not, did he really graduate? 4. If he graduated, was it not with a third class as previously testified by his University lecturers? 5. Did he submit an affidavit?

MissLeslie:Tinubu's Qualification on INEC'S list is a B.sc in Business and Administration. Atiku's qualification on INEC'S list is a GCE and a Masters Degree. Okowa's qualification on INEC'S list is MB.BS. If you don't understand, he's qualified to practice as a medical doctor and surgeon. Obi's qualification on INEC list is a GCE. |
Arysexy:I'll give you 10,000 naira. That's the prize money. I don't doubt him that's why I can't stake money that will pain me if my curiosity is quenched. If it's too small for a man of your standard, I'll convert it to airtime. |
Arysexy:He claims he has B.A in Philosophy. Show me the qualification on INEC list. If it's not there, show me a copy of the B.A certificate endorsed and received by INEC. |
Arysexy:You have no idea of the exposure of the man behind this keyboard. Degree is an Umbrella name for many things. A university awards MB.BS, B.sc, B.A, B.pharm, LL.b, LL.m, M.sc, M.A, B.ed, PhD, etc. Check the qualifications of others on that list and that's what you'll see. Check even the forged one he submitted to Twitter, it's B.A in Philosophy. "Degree" is very ambiguous. It could mean a 6 months foundational degree. It's like writing "Primary 6 exams" instead of FSLC or "SS3 Exams" instead of "GCE". If you're caught and you go to court, you can argue that your school set exams for Primary 6 and SS3 which you passed. Why do you think he had to rush to Twitter to redeem his image? |
sanpipita:Do you have comprehension problem? APC, PDP, or and political party or candidate can only take Peter Obi to court based on the certificates he submitted to INEC not what he posts on social media. He didn't submit a B.A in Philosophy certificate to INEC. He submitted it to Twitter instead. Now, you can't take him to court and his followers can come out from their holes based on what's on social media. |
Wallade:The qualification is "at least school Certificate level or it's equivalent."
|
NigerianAngelo:Don't insult your father ![]() Show me Obi's certificate as endorsed by INEC. Check a sample Tinubu's certificate endorsed and received by INEC in the opening post. |
Everyone conversant with how the law works knows that Peter Obi should have tendered the purported certificate to INEC not Twitter. The truth is that nobody will prosecute you nor a competent court disqualify you when you post that you graduated from Havard or Yale on social media. Your qualifications regarding elections can only be scrutinized by INEC and your opponents can only contest the qualification you submitted to INEC at the court. No court can disqualify a candidate based on his social media results. Obi's qualification on INEC'S LIST was not a Bachelor of Arts! It is GCE. Peter Obi is a smooth criminal. He knows how to manipulate the law that's why even though he was implicated in the Pandora scandal for operating foreign accounts in his daughter's name in Tax Havens, he hasn't still been charged for tax evasion, public misconduct and misappropriation. He does bad and unethical things that should be ordinarily illegal in a legal way. With this his strategy, you can't take him to court for falsifying a certificate and disobedients have something to brag about. Neutrals like us rely on INEC'S list. POST THE ONE WITH INEC STAMP LIKE BELOW AND GET 10,000 NAIRA INSTANTLY!

ysth:What's Peter Obi's qualification? A foundational degree? |
phemmyfour:Our concern is APC, PDP and LP. |
Mindlog:There's nothing like "degree". A University awards B.sc , B.A , P.hd. M.A , M.sc, LL.b, B.pharm, MB.BS, etc. Check other candidates names on that list, that's what you see. Why was "SS3 exams" not written in place of his GCE or "Primary 6 exams" not written in place of his "FSLC"? It should have been B.A Philosophy if he graduated with a third class like they say. |
Ckonnet:What is degree? Degree is an umbrella term for many things. 1. Check PDP's Okowa's qualification - MB.BS. An enlightened individual knows he's a distinguished medical practitioner. 2. Check Bola Tinubu's Qualification - B.sc Business and Administration. An enlightened individual knows why he succeeded at Deloitte, became an Executive in one of the biggest oil corporations on Earth and transformed the most populous city in Africa. 3. Check even LP Datti's qualification - it's a P.hd . Everyone knows he succeeded at post graduate studies. As a lawyer, I have my LL.b in the bag. As a philosophy student you earn a B.A in philosophy upon graduation. What's Obi's qualification? A third class or he didn't graduate at all ? |
MufasaLion:We're talking about APC, PDP and LP. |

TINUBU IS THE MOST ACADEMICALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE - INEC The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) released a list of qualified presidential candidates today. Mr Bola Tinubu of the APC is the most qualified candidate with a B.sc in Business and Administration from an Elite University in the United States. City boy! LP's Peter Obi's qualification are First School Leaving Certificate and GCE from miracle centres in Anambra State. Local Champion ![]() PDP's Atiku Abubakar's qualification is GCE masters! Dollar Man ! Note: This is a public information. Attack the message not the messenger. Submit your petitions to INEC not me!

Let's talk about qualification! Tinubu's Qualification is a Bsc in Business Administration from a reputable American University. Peter Obi's qualification is a First School Leaving Certificate and GCE from miracle centres in Anambra. A local champion. Make campaigns start we go Sabi |
Peter Obi as Atiku's Vice President in the Picture below describes the situation more than any word can. In 2019, Peter Obi deputized Atiku Abubakar, who is PDP's presidential candidate today. He went to the 36 States of the Federation and the FCT telling Nigerians that cared to listen that he was Atiku's follower because Atiku was the most competent to move the country forward. Why Peter Obi who was Atiku's right hand man in 2019 is contesting against the same Atiku in 2022 is because of internal party politics. In 2019, the two biggest parties in Africa - APC and PDP agreed that their candidates should come from the Northern Part of the country. Obi had to support PDPs flag bearer from the North and Tinubu was left with no other option than to support his party's (APC) candidate from the North. As at January 2022, both Parties (PDP and APC) agreed that their candidates should come from the Southern Part of the country. Atiku was still in Dubai. It is basic knowledge that the southern part of the country that supports APC is the South West while the South South and South East are PDP. APC delegates returned: Bola Tinubu, Rotimi Amaechi, and Yemi Osinbajo (all from the Southern Part of the country) as 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. APC kept their promise . Towards the end of May, 2022, PDP delegates returned a Northerner, Atiku Abubakar, as their candidate. Peter Obi left PDP in May 2022, the week the primaries was to be conducted, because PDP did not keep their promise. PDP treated those from the South East badly because they deserved the ticket. Fvck the "good man" propaganda, as at May 15th 2022, Peter Obi was visiting PDP big wigs across the country to consult for his primaries. Igbos are a major ethnic group in the country. Igbos deserve to rule Nigeria. The last time South Easterner ruled the country, Peter Obi was just 5. The common consciousness of not getting that topmost seat of power creates a consciousness in an average Easterner. The problem is that they hate APC instead of PDP and if they were not to vote for Labour Party today, they'd throw their votes for PDP. APC are honest! APC gave their first to the North West Then to the South West. If APC retains power: The next will be to the North East Then to the South East (if they play their cards well).

Those officers are really good people. They can't try that in the United States and live to see today. Considering that they're Africans, it would be another Black Lives Matter parade and Antifa looting spree ![]() Kudos, gallant officers! Their arrest and prosecution will serve as a deterrent to overgrown babies who think the world revolves around them. I go show una love on my way home today. |
Dynasty102:Did you read the opening post? You can gain admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy to become a member of the armed forces at 17. In fact, to attend the Nigerian Defence Academy, a person must not be above the age of 21. It is same in the United States and across the world. You can become a police officer at the age of 18 in Nigeria and almost every country on Earth. A 17 years old graduate can start working in a government department during NYSC year and thereafter join the civil service before his 19th birthday. But, technically a person cannot become the Chief Justice of Nigeria (the head of the judicial organ of government) even at the age of 35. Section 231 of the CFRN 1999 provides to the effect that a justice of the supreme court must practice law in Nigeria for at least 15 years. It is at least 12 years for a justice of the Court of Appeal. That provision is similar to what happens everywhere in the world. Section 131 of the CFRN 1999 provides to the effect that a person cannot become the President of Nigeria if he is not 35 years old or above. The age qualification for the office of the President is the highest in the country. When you head an organ of government, the fate of millions of citizens rest on your shoulders. Fatherly experience is therefore crucial! Biden and Trump are older than Tinubu. |

Freedom from discrimination is a fundamental right under section 42 of our Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. Let's face it, if Tinubu is vindictive, he'd successfully enforce his fundamental right in a Nigerian court or the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice and be paid millions for damages by those who consistently discriminate him on the basis of his age. However, he's a good person. Ojukwu, Obasanjo, Buhari, etc were under 35 when they led the country into a long civil war. Their Oga during the war, Yakubu Gowon, is the youngest president Nigeria has ever had till date . Gowon was a bachelor and had never ruled even over his family before ruling over Nigeria. Fourteen (14) Nigerians have ruled Nigeria for 62 years (from 1st October 1960) and nine (9) of them were not up to 50 years old when they ruled the country. Nine (9) of them have ruled the country for not less than forty (40) years cumulatively. They destroyed the foundation of this country. Nnamdi Azikiwe , Shehu Shagari, Ernest Shonekan (who ruled for only 3 months), Musa Yaradua and Goodluck Jonathan constitute the remaining five (5) Nigerians who ruled the Country after they clocked 50. Guess what! None of these 5 people became President after they were 60 years old. They were all under 60 when they became President. Olusegun Obasanjo and President Buhari are the only Presidents in the history of Nigeria to be over 60 years old as at the time they emerged leaders of the country. The reason is that both of them became Nigerian leaders for the second time since they had already ruled as very young men. The younger versions of those two presidents are not so different from their older versions. They didn't perform better when they ruled as under-45 year olds than they did when the ruled as over 60-year olds. By virtue of section 131 of the CFRN 1999, a person who is younger than the age of 35 cannot contest for the office of president. There's no other age limitation regarding Presidency in the country. Only two Nigerian presidents have died of Natural causes while in office. They are: 1. Abacha who became President when he wasn't yet 50 years old and; 2. Yaradua who became President when he was under the age of 60 (younger than APC, PDP and Labour Party Presidential candidates for next year's General elections). Note: An incompetent young leader is an incompetent old leader. A competent leader is competent irrespective of age. The oldest Nigerian Presidents did not die in office. To counter this post, please bring superior claims and evidence in support! Attack the message not the messenger. |
ZIDANE GUARDIOLA STEPHEN KESHI DESCHAMPS The list of football players who kept winning with their team after retirement is inexhaustible. Lazy allusion by the LP candidate. |
It is from Chapter 4 of the CFRN 1999 that these mediocre students derive their right to freedom of association to protest. The same Chapter 4 of the CFRN 1999 guarantees Nigerian citizens the freedom of movement across the country. Flight tickets are expensive these days for a group of young people to block innocent Nigerians from going to their destinations. I implore the Nigeria Police Force to use reasonable force to disperse that show of shame at Lagos' airport road today. To maintain law and order, government institutions must perfectly balance conflicting fundamental rights in the society. No competent court anywhere on Earth has ever ruled that Freedom of association to protest is better than freedom of individuals and goods to move in their fatherland. Move your freaking protest to the gates of the National Assembly or the ASUU headquarters where you won't hinder hardworking people from moving. Sowore should be arrested and prosecuted for sedition and treason. |
