It is a matter of choice but to me I prefer this indoor stamping. This is because of the marble look it give you. I think this is cheaper. To buy a marble that will give you this look will cost you an average of 14,000 per square meter and you will still buy sand, cement and labor but this indoor increte will cost you only 6,000 naira both labor and material. Indoor stamping give a more natural took and will give you the opportunity to choose between colors and patterns that will suit your style.

The only did advantage with indoor stamping is that you will always apply acrylic sealer on the surface in every two two years to make it look glossy and shinny always.

Like my Father in the Lord FalseProphet1 directed me, so I have seen what will play out in 2023.

As things stand now, apart from Gen. Buhari, APC has no other strong candidate in the north that can wrestle the ticket with the 'big heads' from the south. This said, APC will opt for open presidential primary the will see the Southern politrickicans coming top. In no particular order, this men will pull weight in the contest.

Tinubu: being the present leader of the party albeit defacto, he will pull all necessary strings together with the crowd mentality of the region he comes from, he will have a nice contest. The recent visits and homage payment to him in London should give you a clue.

Orji Kalu: he is another major face from the south in that party, and a striker in the political field of APC. He has been playing underground politics since the last general elections, consulting both national and international public figures to buy into his idea which culminated in the recent turning of his house to mecca of sort.

Osinbanjo: another egg head that should naturally been given the ticket or the ways to clinch the tickets be made smooth to get. His major drawback is his docility, it's not always about being elocutional all the time as if Nigeria as a whole is a huge classroom.

Akeredolu: the prophet says he is the only contestant that will give Tinubu a run for his clout in South West.


Other guys that could try their lucks are

Ganduje: he already has his signature append on his clothes.
Umahi: very loquacious.
Okorocha: make e no be like say him no contest.
Fayemi: him go try.


In the coven of the major opposition party, I see the same scenario taking place where the contest will be thrown open to both regions. This is where the major fight and contest will take place.


Atiku: knowing full well that this is his last struck at the camel's back will do everything earthly possible to clinch the ticket. I don't want to unravel how he will do this...

Peter Obi: the quiet but deadly political goal poacher in the opposition. He will be allowed to try his luck in the primary but the eventual winner will still pick him as VP.

Tambuwal: will pull more muscles this time because he knows it's the best time for him.

Wike: the Lukaku in the field, he will run faster than the contest sef but will still stop to rest with full panting leaving other contestants to pass him.



From these clues above you can see that the major flag bearers from the parties will be...



For the Acclaimed Progressives-Tinubu (Orji will give him nightmares though).

For the Acclaimed Democratics- Atiku (it will cause uproar amongst the Southern Governors but they will still come to term).

At the dying minutes there will be a great party movement from apc to pdp which will make a northner from pdp to win. The north need the presidency badly that they can do anything to win. HOW TO IDENTIFY ORIGINAL AND LOCAL (FAKE) MATERIALS. Just take a look at this 2 jobs below. The first one is not our job. I saw it on Facebook while the second job is our job in guzape, abuja.

The first job is done with local substandard materials. Infact they mixed pigment or release agent to paint the floor and this will not last. I will give it 5months it will start having problems so don't mind the shiny look. I hope the installer is a nairaland to prove me wrong , may be he will provide the address of the job for people to see.

The second job is our job in guzape asokoro Abuja incase you want to visit the site. It is done naturally with original colour hardner. And is not painted except the application of acrylic sealer. We use concrete color for the circle design instead of pigment
