I have a very close relation who is an Immigration officer. He is upright and sincere. Infact he stopped anything passport because even if he doesn't collect a dime from you, his colleagues won't process your work unless if you pay them extra fee.

If you don't, you'd have to download it from a third party website. Most times, it is your windows defender or anti-virus that removes the files while installing. So, you should turn your anti-virus off, then download and install the "settings.exe" file.
