Nairaland / General / My Nigerian Youths by Nacxwills(m): 12:34am On May 19, 2016
Shout out to all Nigerian youth..
We are d best, merge Naija youth in any compete, he /she stands out. It is so unfortunate d way d country leadership has moved from a high state of corruption to a fantastically corruptiveness in every sector. Prior now, we saw d impacts of Youths in dis country from Gowon, Obasanjo,Isaac Boro,Ojokwu many more. They where able to excercise their rights cos they got d opportunity to do so. Nowadays, It is become obvious that a youth must cluk 50years and above before he could exercise he's youthful right. This is as a result of corrupt leadership which our elders(fathers) has made a foot-stool.

You descover dat nowadays youths are now babies..
They can't fight for their rights..
They can't even stand on their own, not because they really can't or don't want to stand on their own, but because d platform is declined completely. No opportunity to show off their talent in what they could do.
You descover a due adult-retirement in all sector finds it difficult to give so d younger succeeds..All these are greed and selfishness.

The challenge of the modern day youth.
The modern day youth is faced with lots of challenges, Today we live in a society where politics is all about the life.
The modern day youth is en-modelled to the so-called politician.
He looks up to d politician as a role model.. U must learn something from a role model, but in this case, nothing to learn cos even d so-called role modern is intellectually irrational, so what do u learn?? U end up errand boys, dat is when bullet speaks against d pen being mightier than d sword

Also, the model day youth is faced with the problem of survival,
The country is hard, every one is looking for means of survival, he becomes cumbered about so many a thing, he wants to go to school, he wants to make money and sustain livelyhood, Globalisation is there:he wants to stay in vogue and many more all dis are distorting d youths in taking it right stand
Only lucrativenes and creativity has sustained them here

Unemployment- No ends means, Govt has failed to align resources for efficient use and empowerment,so it has continued to lack job for d youths

Proper orientation,
As a result of dis, a lot has gone d wrong step because it lacked better orientation on doing it d right-way

No motivation, No encouragement
Nothing strides you d more as when you are encouraged on positive step of action. But in dis case a youth exacts a positive-giant-step and all he gets is a No motivation, No encouragement.

We have remained outstanding in our struggle as youth, Have u noticed how viable and potentially fit we are in entertainment,Are the youths not dominating dat sector? Are there elders putting things there way in d entertainment industry dat have so enabled d youths to thrieve in entertainment??
Give d youths a chance in politics and see,
Though we have been modelled by ego-centric people, yet we know our role..we know our roles to play

The 21st century Nigerian youth is not a violent, conflicting youth, he is a peaceful, ambient, tranquil and intelligent youth!
He believes in what he could do for dis nation.

It seeming like in dis part of d world politics is ruining our ideas for money, ego and self-interest..
Every young fellow wants to que in here "politics".
We are made to believe in d power of politics as d only and true source of wealth acquisition..But d likes of Dangote, Mike Adenuga have shown us clearly dat wealth lies in dis nation in diverse means than pollitics..
It takes Only awareness, courage, effort, rehabilitation of our mind and skill inputz to thrieve on d apex like dis men,.. It just rather unfortunate dat we lack proper and efficient awareness and courage on d part of d Government to do this deal potentially...

My respect for his former excellency is actually fading off. APC is been defeated in Rivers State no two ways about it, why not forget about the defeat and embrace unity inorder to move the state forward, what are they even dragging causing mayhem and bringing the state backward, no sense in all this non sensical political happening in the state, This is a comprehensive "Nollywood script". Let's forget this indifference because I know our interest isn't incompatitable, the people are really suffering, every single day political odds keep happening. We all own the state it is nobody's personal property.. Seun violence, its not keeping us, rather its killing us!
Nairaland / General / Dollar And Naira Differences. How Politics Caused The Mess by Nacxwills(m): 9:09pm On Feb 22, 2016
Dollar and Naira.
I have come to realise that the problem of naira de-value is the ignoring of Naira. If it where possible some persons want to purchase a product here in Nigeria with Dollar instead of Naira.
Our pride is too high against the Naira. How would Naira grow or improve when we prefer to petronise foreign products and services within the country as against the local ones that would help to improve the country's economy. We try so hard, I mean very hard to improve the European economy,
We play Naira bet, This is a foreign company which is suppose to be called Dollar bet,but because they value their dollar.
We watch EPL, UEA, La Liga and more in our parlours and bedroom and ignore our local Enyinbah team and others,in the name no fun, can't we make it grow and catch the fun
Fly foreign Airlines.
Buy and import foreign products, like Sardine, frozen chicken and fishes, when we got Rivers and seas lacking Troillers.
Nigeria is a petronising country. We can buy anything as long as it is a product India and china can attest to this fact.To promote naira and the country's economy we need more of the likes of Dangote, with industries scattered accross for manufacturing and production.
And not this so-called politicians.
Take it that politics and corruption is the reason behind this mess in Naira and the economy, every single youth in this country believes that politics is the only way forward to making great.
Our politicians convert and Laund our naira for dollar, take them to Europe improve their banking sector
Obtain medical treatment and bills in Europe, making us believe there are no standard hospitals in the country.
They send their children to foreign schools. That is to say that all of our products are sub-standard whereas they all graduated if not in Nsukka, it UNN or OAU etc to the extend that even Ghana is valuing itself like Europe to Nigeria as Nigerians in Ghanian schools pay their fees in Dollar instead of Cidis' them I wonder how many foreigners are schooling in Nigeria.
Why would Naira not depreciate when we prefer to furnish others economy than ours...

Politics / They Said Nigeria Is Broke Yet They Want Investors!!! by Nacxwills(m): 8:23am On Nov 10, 2015
Emerging the president making utterances that there is no money in the country and yet he wants investors to come are they fools? I don't understand where we are driving to under these administration how can we have some ministers without portfolio in what capacity do they function? And who are they said confirmed ministers that said they want to work for free..what does these actually mean..
The president said there is no money in the country, no investment, no working industry every sector is dead dillapidated just in these era' what is the fishy thing behind these? Does it mean he has planned to suffer Nigerians since he practically stopped every sector. These utterance of no money in the counrty does it mean since May 29 till date crude has not been sold or what? Or the barrels deppreciated indefinately. He should come up with something better and tell us Nigeria is not poor in any way!!!

Politics / Two Knots Holding Buhari Tit! by Nacxwills(m): 12:41pm On Nov 02, 2015
The long waited change we yearned is here, But the question is what change have been effected so far? The government been a collaborative effort needs takes from/by political party members and a lot more, but the idea of having the likes of Armed Bola Tinubu and Lai mohammed would obviously not make a good/positive impact on Buhari, my simple advice to Buhari is dat he should be careful with this two even with his own alterior agenda

Politics / We Are Not Biafrans, Remove South South From Your Plans by Nacxwills(m): 8:54am On Oct 22, 2015
The Ibos have started again. they've begin what they couldn't finish. Years ago Nigeria fought civil war, and there was no emancipation for Biafra.. The experience of the Nigeria civil war was dread and negetively ernomous, that never earned us any development or improvement rather destruction and set back. The Biafra saga have caused us a lot of misfortune. We lost the Bakkasi pennisula with ernomous natural endowment(crude) to cameroun, these would have been a boast to our economy. Millions of people died, hunger and starvation, my uncle I never saw because of Biafra war. If the want a protest they should fucking take them protest to their biafran state if any, we are not Biafrans, and we cannot be.
Long live Niger Delta,
Long live Nigeria.
